I eventually got through to LiveChat after at least a dozen attemps. Before that clicking on ‘LiveChat’ did nothing.
Is it possible that LiveChat was overloaded/inadequately staffed? Â
I’ve solved the problem by abandoning my attempts to order a new SIM-only .contract.
[When visiting the Comunity page I noticed that there are a very large number of problems posted and have decided not to join ID].
