Where is my new mobile phone number

Have just received my new phone with it SIM but have not had any emails from ID with my new mobile number.

Without this i can not create an account and move my mobile number to ID Mobile

You checked your email? Junk and spam folders too. Should be a Welcome email in there.

 

Failing that, ring someone you know and ask them what number came up

Hi @Tim Adams,

Just pop the SIM into your phone and call a friend or family to get the number as @Taye Stone  said.

This should give you the number so you can register.
