Why am i not getting the 8 digit code

I am trying to register online and have entered the phone number and surname but the 8 digit code never arrives despite pressing resend multiple times.  Can someone enlighten me on how to get this to work?  Thanks

Hi @joem5543,

There seems to be a problem with those messages being sent as we’ve seen a few instances of this happening recently. We hope to see this resolved very soon. Please let us know if you continue to have a problem with this.

Hi and thanks for the reply.  Have tried again today to register but still no message arrives with the 8 digit code.  This is very annoying.
