why am i paying for 3 contracts

Hi 

about 18mths ago I spoke to cancel my sons contract ( Samsung phone ) he had smashed it so we decided to pay that contract up and purchase a iPhone 6s . 
Checking my bank balance I noticed that the payment has always been taken out even tho the phone hasn’t been used in the whole of that time ... 

I can’t get through to anyone on live -chat or by speaking to someone 

can you help

Hi there @Clare Walsh 

We’ve sent you a private message to look into this further for you.

If we can see evidence of you having spoken to someone 18 months ago about cancelling that account then we may be able to backdate charges you’ve received.

If you hadn't notified us you needed it cancelling though, then all services would remain active until you tell us otherwise.
