why can i not log in and get an error message online or the app

ok im new to id thought id try for larger data plan than what i was on for extra 3 quid and so far 24 hrs in not impressed i cant get to my account everything i have put in is correct , i contacted chat yesterday and they said wait an hour i did  i waited 2 hrs and so far day 2 and nothing

Have you first registered for an account for MyiD?

We don’t pre-register you so this needs to be done yourself.
