How can I view my final bill?

You can view your final bill in the My iD App or My iD Online. Your bills are available to view for 6 months after your disconnection date. 
If you’re not registered for the My iD App or My iD Online, your final bill will be sent to you in the post. You should receive it no more than 5 days after you disconnect.

What a terrible, difficult website. Where have you hidden my bill. It should be there under my bill

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty accessing your bill.


Log into the account online and from the sidebar, click “My billing” 

Your current month will then be shown.


For previous bills, click “My billing” and simply scroll down.

You can download PDF copies of these bills.


We feel this cannot be made any clearer in the account and can only apologise for the issues you’re having.
