Hi, I have just joined this network and the app has been down for 3 days so cannot register and turn my roaming on. I am away on holiday so need it sorted ASAP. Where is the Web chat? How can I get help?

Roaming is typically on by default, have you turned your roaming off?

What do you mean your phone number is disabled?
If your services have been blocked due to missing payment, you’ll still be able to call the payment lines 7777 (from an iD Mobile number) and 0333 003 7777.
