Change to a cheaper tariff before end of contract?

I separated from my daughter’s mum in the middle of 2023, who set up my daughter’s ID account in my name in 2022 on a 24 month account, with a tariff whose data allowance she is hardly using. As I am now single and my daughter is living with me in my 1 bed flat, I need to cut my costs as much as possible - I tried therefore to downgrade her plan, but I was not given this option on the ID app - I suspect because her 24m contract does expire until July this year. Given my circumstances, however, is there a way I can downgrade before this date?

cant make or receive calls after 3g switched off

Have Samsung Galaxy S7 edge VOLTE enabled, phone: “use VoLTE when available, Network mode: LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).Callers get put through to my voice mail. Have phone check and test app, and my phone displays no problems, Internet &s text work fine.Phone is 4G compatible, several retailers tell me. All retailers say its a network issue.Have 5G call coverage in my area, across all major networks.Currys fitted new SIM card and activated it, problem remains.How to determine whether it is a phone or network problem.Samsung technician checked my phone settings, do not disturb is switched off. All settings OK to receive and make calls. What other tests / checks can be made to precisely identify the fault, and generate a corresponding solution?

hi, according to id mobile s24 regular phone specification, its powered by snapdragon 8 gen 3, but according to samsung, country outside of US gets exynos 2400. Is it really a SD 8 gen 3 or just a mistake?

DPD Issues

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me please, getting nowhere with Live Chat. Please excuse the long story but I feel it is required as Live Chat have constantly misunderstood what has happened.So, I ordered a phone from ID on 5th May, it arrived at my local DPD delivery office and went out for delivery on the 7th May. When I received my 1 hour time slot I realised I would not be home from work in time so I used the DPD app to reschedule for the next day (8th) when I’d be off.Received 3 different notifications on the 8th that “Your parcel is at our Dundee depot”, but nothing to say it was out for delivery again. I then got a notification on the 8th at 15:09 that “Your parcel is on its way back to Currys”This is where the frustration begins. I never asked for this to be sent back, but that’s by the by. 9th and 10th May I get the notification “Your parcel is at our Dundee depot”. I then requested the return tracking details from DPD which they supplied me with.The return tracking sho

unable to make calls/ access internet

I posted earlier and received good advice to contact the live chat. After over an hour on the chat, the advisor has come back and said there is a fault whereby some customers cannot call out which is my main problem. I also cannot get internet unless I am at home. I can’t tell if I am being fobbed off. The advisor tried a eSIM which came through but made no difference at all! Can anyone advise on this please? Thank you.

Currys voucher

I referred my husband and he purchased a mobile plan and phone back in March. On my dashboard it says he is "pending" but he has done all the steps to activate the Currys voucher offer. He has made 2 payments, one in March and one in April but neither of us have received our vouchers. When will we get the vouchers?Thank you

I am looking to do an upgrade from a SIM only deal to an iPhone SE 3rd gen, 128GB with unlimited data, minutes and texts but I get two deals. One at £25.99 and one at £28.99. Both are 24 months, both are £9 upfront. I can’ see any difference to explain the £3/month difference

Bank rejects all payments because insecure method is used

I have tried 15 times to pay an outstanding balance, through the app and through the automated telephone payment service. All payments have been rejected by my bank. My bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, says this is because iD Mobile tries to use an insecure payment method, and that I have to get in touch with them. There is enough money on my account. I tried to make the payment using my debit card. I don't have internet banking.Can anyone help? ID Mobile even just sent a final notice, but I can’t find any other way to contact them.

PLEASE help me! New SIM & approved phone - Can't make or receive calls

Hi all 👋I know this has been asked a lot and I apologise for adding yet another post but I can’t find a definitive answer and I am so depressed over this😢So, please can you just take a minute or two to read through my post to see if you can help 🙏🏻My phone is a SAMSUNG GALAXY J4+ (2018) Model: SM-J415FNI have just swapped from SMARTY Mobile (to iD) as they did not ‘support’ my phone model and because of this I was unable to receive or make calls as I had no VoLTE/4G calling support (3G got switched off here in the Midlands at the end of April) although I could still send/receive texts and use data. I did contact their web chat who suggested a replacement SIM but when I got one I still had the same problem.So, before I moved over I checked the iD ‘Approved phones’ list and my device was on there YAY🎉!!!!!Unfortunately, since swapping over (Wed 15/04/24) I still can’t make or receive calls as the phone says ’calling’ but doesn’t ‘ring’ and doesn’t connect 😤 (I rang my home phone t
