My 1st bill should have gone out 29th but we've had Easter know on the 2nd when will it go outÂ

As you correctly mentioned, the bank holiday does indeed delay payments due on any of the bank holiday dates, and would be taken after. I’d imagine it should have been taken successfully by now, so please quote us if that’s not the case, and we’d be happy to help further.
