I cancelled my plan using a PAC code when changing to a different provider but am still being charged. I am unable to log in to the ID app as i no longer have that number. Please help

I have recently opened a new sim account for my elderly father. He recieved a new sim and an email confirming direct debit details. However the account holder name they stated was incorrect.The sim arrived, and has been activated however the phone number is not active. Probably because the direct debit details are incorrect.My father contacted live chat to ask to change the name on the direct debit and was told he was not allowed to do this and  would need to do this on the app . The ID agent stated the details of the direct debit which had the wrong bank account holder. I told him that this was exactly the problem I wished to correct. It had the wrong name as the bank account holder. The clearly could not understand what my issue was as everything required a typed description . But kept Insisting that the direct debit had passed checks.  To which I replied " how can it have checks if it contained incorrect details?"He then dissappeared and

I want to temporarily remove the £45 cap on international roaming. I can’t see where to do this on the app. ‘Plan/manage your iD services’ doesn’t give this option. ‘Bills/manage bill cap’ is already set to £75 and presumably is not specific to international roaming.

Hi, I’ve tried to call with little help. I have changed jobs recently which has me going from weekly to monthly pay, so I am short on money until the 31st. Could I have payment holiday until then  please and also change my payment date until then? Thanks 

I keep receiving a something went message when Im trying yo download my latest bill

For some reason after a complaint my bill date has changed and the app suggested no direct debit for Jan. Useless customer service told me I paid on the 11th which I didn't. No direct debit was taken since December. And looks like it won't until Feb . How do I resolve this so I don't get a missed payment 

Hi I have tried to set up a direct debit multiple times for my phone bill as you can see from the screenshots you keep texting saying its been done and I keep being cut off saying its not been paid so I have to keep going on to pay the bill now I'm receiving debt collection letters can you please tell me what is going on  

A few nights ago I had a lengthy chat with one of your live assistants, I was hoping to get a new sim and do an internal number transfer, they explained I Can not do this so I just went and upgraded my current sim on the same deal. I Explained the Sim package that I had purchased on a 12 month contract had not been used and was within the cooling off period and as I no longer need it can I cancel it. The insisted this had been actioned, however today I have gone on my account and I can still see the package is active, they did no cancel it and I would like to speak with someone to have this cancelled. The live chat is hard for me to get the time to speak with someone due to working hours, I was unable to find a support email so have come here for an async discussion to see if I can please have this sim cancelled as I do not want to be paying for it for 12 months and requested termination during the cooling off. Thank you

My god, hardest network iv ever owned, can’t ever get a human for conversation, my bill is paid every month, iv asked multiple times for my bill to go direct debit on the 26th monthly even done it via the app myself, yet its the 10th and line it off and asking for money when my bill is not due by the date on app till 18th, so unless I pay that and again another as it’s now asking for next month too so again before I can again try setting direct debit to 26th when I get paid, I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies, I always pay and iv set this up 4x now and sent may emails and still having the same trouble, it’s just been Christmas new year funds are low as many and paying 2 bills is something I can’t do, it should be by now set at 26th by direct debit… I still under contract or id leave this network, been nothing but problems.
