I've paid my mobile bill and you have tried to take it again why

Hi guys, I’ve payed my bill but my plan says it’s been disconnected? Can it be reconnected, or how do I proceed from here? TIA

Hi I had message regarding me missing my direct debit for £9.58 was missed but when I went on to payments on the app it says it was successful and I even made a extra 10 pound payment to make sure it was not missed so I would like my 10 pound back as well I have successfully paid my bill

why can't i make a payment on my account via a card

I have used all of the 100GB of my data this month and for some reason I am being charged £50 for using it all. Why am I being charged for this and how can i be refunded as this £50 I am being charged has made my monthly bill £81.23.

my 10gb data is not enough on my new contract. Does the add on for £30 for 12 months include 15vb every month or just for the whole year as I’ve purchased it by accident.

I have recently discovered border bleeding where your phone joins a network from a country ID mobile doesn’t have a roaming agreement whilst you are in a country that does. Whilst a message was sent from the other country, I was driving and failed to pick up the change until I got a message saying I’d used 80% of my allocation which confused me. I turned my roaming off but found I’d been charged £45.  I questioned this with the chat option on the app and was offered a measly £10 refund as a goodwill gesture. However, the person on the chat said they recommend setting your excess to £0. I did find reference to this eventually on the app.  My question is this: why doesn’t ID mobile set the excess as £0 as a default amount so that people don’t get caught out by this.

£40 agreed credit still not applied to account after speaking to multiple agents and them saying that billing was going to apply the credit

Says on my app my first bill is 2/12/2026 and 19.86. But says on my bank 10 is due in 3 days and my SIM card number has not even moved over yet either. So why am I being charged.

my daughters phone is with I’d . For years i have paid . Now im unemployed she needs to take over payments . Tried doing this but not working . Her name is obviously different to mine and surname .

I need help with my bill

Hi there I'm looking to find out why I got changed £1.86 for being over my minutes when I have unlimited minutes for making phone calls thanks

I am receiving payment notifications and bills from iD Mobile to my email address for an account and phone number that I do not own or recognize. For security and privacy reasons, I am not including full account or phone number details in this message.I have never registered for this service, nor do I own the phone number receiving these charges. It appears my email address was attached to someone else's account by mistake or without my permission. Please investigate this matter, remove my email address from your database for this account, and confirm that no further emails or billing notices will be sent to me.Thank you.

So i upgraded last month and set my bill for the 1st of every month and my bill next month is more that thos month
