£54 came out of my bank for direct debit but bill is only meant to be £29.99

Well still not had a single response back, still the worst customer service in history. I cannot understand why this company doesn't have a official complaints procedure. They will not respond to any requests whatsoever, what is wrong with them.I am not going to give up on this. Citizens advice next. Also, what the hell is still wrong with this website? Every single time I load a page it keeps refreshing 20 times a second.

Please can I extend my bill until the 12th January?

Bill creates today but till debit in January and not February as it states. It was a month out last month. Is this normal?

Hi all. I closed all 3 of my id mobile accounts in september, and settled all of them in full. Since september on a monthly basis id mobile have been issuing non payment reports on my credit file for £1 even though all my accounts are settled. Has anyone else had the same issue? Ive raised it as a complaint but as yet have not heard back. Not sure how to resolve this. Thanks all.  

I took out a contract with iD mobile for unlimited texts and minutes, 500gb of data and an iPhone 17. I checked coverage beforehand and there was excellent 4G in my area.  Delivery of the handset was quick and it was easy to get my number switched over. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience with iD, which is still dragging on.  I had my previous (giffgaff) SIM card in my new (iD) handset for a few days until my number was switched over - no problems with coverage etc at all. As soon as I switched to iD and started using their network, I had issues - completely unpredictable data availability that occasionally worked fine but more often than not had period of between 10 minutes and 2 hours where nothing that needed internet worked at all.  I tried to contact id repeatedly and their chatbot just took me in circles. Hi I pay my bill yesterday is was taked from my account but today you block my phone 

I sent a normal text message on Christmas Day to all my friends (50+). For some reason this was sent as a mms and therefore I was charged £28!!! why was this sent as an mms rather than sms

I paid £35 to use data Roaming in Australia. When I got there I got a message that I’d reached my capped limit. I therefore couldn’t use any roaming data. Surely by paying the £35 my capped limit would automatically be creased. It was a complete waste of money and in fact costs even more if it requires I creasing my capped limit at the same time. This should be explicitly explained before any payment is taken

The most I can select is £25. I need to increase this to £75 please. How do I go about it?

The sim only deal i bought was for 108GB at £9. Now I've got the sim the app tells me I'm getting 100GB at £10. Shouldn't id stick to the advertised details? What can I do about it?

I have been charged nearly £60 for absolutely nothing I’m Brasil.  I’m outside the add on destinations and I’m not using any of the services of my phone. data or calls as none work. I have disabled the data roaming and also there is a cap on my account of £45. In summary my phone doesn’t work here.  However, I have been charged £57 pounds for absolutely nothing. Mobile data is off and data roaming was capped and still is charging me for no service. I want to dispute this charge, this is a scam that not going to fall.  How can I report and dispute this charge? This is unacceptable.  

I have checked my payments, I have 3 payments taken for November and also my bill should be £5 a month not £10.  Please arrange to credit my account. 

Hello,Joined ID Mobile on the 1st December SIM only the bill was created on the 2nd, with payment due on the 16th December by direct debit. No monies has been taken today, but logging into my Id mobile app says payment taken on the 14th of December.Customer service on live chat told me to wait a few days; my bank has no problems processing direct debits.Where do I go from here?

Whilst in Cambodia during my last billing period I was charged for a call which does not even show in my call log. At the time the call was made I was going through security at the airport. I know this because 5 minutes later according to the credit card receipt I bought a coffee just past security. Since inbound or outbound calls are the same price, I have to assume this was inbound because it was from a Manchester landline that has been reported as a scam number. The ID Mobile invoice does not state if the call was inbound or outbound, and for sure I did not make any outbound calls while in the country, let alone to a scam number. I did not receive any calls.Can you explain how this could happen please?Thanks, Steve

I ordered a SIM only contract in June 2025 which had a promotion to get a £50 gift voucher. I still haven't received this nearly 6 months later. When will it be delivered?

Hi my bill is usually 44.99 but this month you have added that for line rental plus 45 for calls data amd txts. I can't access the live chat and dont know how to contact you to get this sorted
