I keep receiving a something went message when Im trying yo download my latest bill

For some reason after a complaint my bill date has changed and the app suggested no direct debit for Jan. Useless customer service told me I paid on the 11th which I didn't. No direct debit was taken since December. And looks like it won't until Feb . How do I resolve this so I don't get a missed payment

Hi I have tried to set up a direct debit multiple times for my phone bill as you can see from the screenshots you keep texting saying its been done and I keep being cut off saying its not been paid so I have to keep going on to pay the bill now I'm receiving debt collection letters can you please tell me what is going on  

A few nights ago I had a lengthy chat with one of your live assistants, I was hoping to get a new sim and do an internal number transfer, they explained I Can not do this so I just went and upgraded my current sim on the same deal. I Explained the Sim package that I had purchased on a 12 month contract had not been used and was within the cooling off period and as I no longer need it can I cancel it. The insisted this had been actioned, however today I have gone on my account and I can still see the package is active, they did no cancel it and I would like to speak with someone to have this cancelled. The live chat is hard for me to get the time to speak with someone due to working hours, I was unable to find a support email so have come here for an async discussion to see if I can please have this sim cancelled as I do not want to be paying for it for 12 months and requested termination during the cooling off. Thank you

My god, hardest network iv ever owned, can’t ever get a human for conversation, my bill is paid every month, iv asked multiple times for my bill to go direct debit on the 26th monthly even done it via the app myself, yet its the 10th and line it off and asking for money when my bill is not due by the date on app till 18th, so unless I pay that and again another as it’s now asking for next month too so again before I can again try setting direct debit to 26th when I get paid, I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies, I always pay and iv set this up 4x now and sent may emails and still having the same trouble, it’s just been Christmas new year funds are low as many and paying 2 bills is something I can’t do, it should be by now set at 26th by direct debit… I still under contract or id leave this network, been nothing but problems.

I’ve recently taken 2 PAYG 30 day contracts @ £9 a month each, obviously 2 direct debits.the 1st one looks fine, but the second one says No money has been taken yet because it’s not due for 3 weeks.my app says next payment £9 for each. I’m just curious why my banking app says £200.

Firstly, you don’t have even one way to actually speak to a person???? Secondly I’ve been charged 3 times and it’s not showing in my credit appropriately either 

I haven't had a plan with ID for a while now and noticed there was a direct debit still in my bank account. I have cancelled it but have now been contacted saying I'm still owing. How can this be? ThanksVikki

I have received an email and letter from overdales regarding a debt owed to you for the phone purchased in 2024. These payments have been coming out of my account however there is a debt on the account bigger than the total purchase of the order. Seeking advise as to engage with overdales as the reviews are showing 93% 1* reviews based on their approach and tactics

I've got 3 numbers with ID Mobile.For about a year, always receive emails just before direct debit to say money going out bank.Not been receiving them for a few months now.Do they need switching back on somewhere?

I paid £35 to use data Roaming in Australia. When I got there I got a message that I’d reached my capped limit. I therefore couldn’t use any roaming data. Surely by paying the £35 my capped limit would automatically be creased. It was a complete waste of money and in fact costs even more if it requires I creasing my capped limit at the same time. This should be explicitly explained before any payment is taken

Well still not had a single response back, still the worst customer service in history. I cannot understand why this company doesn't have a official complaints procedure. They will not respond to any requests whatsoever, what is wrong with them.I am not going to give up on this. Citizens advice next. Also, what the hell is still wrong with this website? Every single time I load a page it keeps refreshing 20 times a second.

£54 came out of my bank for direct debit but bill is only meant to be £29.99

Bill creates today but till debit in January and not February as it states. It was a month out last month. Is this normal?

Hi all. I closed all 3 of my id mobile accounts in september, and settled all of them in full. Since september on a monthly basis id mobile have been issuing non payment reports on my credit file for £1 even though all my accounts are settled. Has anyone else had the same issue? Ive raised it as a complaint but as yet have not heard back. Not sure how to resolve this. Thanks all.  

I took out a contract with iD mobile for unlimited texts and minutes, 500gb of data and an iPhone 17. I checked coverage beforehand and there was excellent 4G in my area.  Delivery of the handset was quick and it was easy to get my number switched over. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience with iD, which is still dragging on.  I had my previous (giffgaff) SIM card in my new (iD) handset for a few days until my number was switched over - no problems with coverage etc at all. As soon as I switched to iD and started using their network, I had issues - completely unpredictable data availability that occasionally worked fine but more often than not had period of between 10 minutes and 2 hours where nothing that needed internet worked at all.  I tried to contact id repeatedly and their chatbot just took me in circles. I tried to raise a complaint via their complaints form - but on clicking submit, was redirected to the c
