Yesterday I purchased 1GB add on data- but I am still not able to use internet outside of wifi- can anyone help please? I've no idea how to get this working as I thought it would only take a few minutes. Thanks

I can send and receive emails and use WhatsApp but I cannot send or receive calls or texts from my contacts.

Hi all, I switched from O2 to id mobile in November last year. Did everything correctly and for my PAC code and got all the relevant messages from ID as to status updates on the number switch. After all had been completed there are still a few people who are not able to call me. Mainly my wife aiming a few others. My contract finally got terminated with O2 a month or so ago due to a technical hitch with a backdated order. Can I still get a PAC code from O2 and give to I'd obile to get the final missing part of the swap completed? What should I do? Terrible that ID mobile doesn't have any person to speak with as this could be dealt with far easier and quicker

Good morning, I have collected by new phone yesterday and when perchasing I put in my pac code to keep my number but didn’t give me a switch over date. My number still hasn’t switched over and I’m having to go between 2 phones. I am unable to speak to someone over the phone and I have had a horrible experiences from the start so far! If someone could help in getting my number switched over! I have already tried to do this online also but it will not work.

Can anyone clarify for me please in easily understandable terms. I have unlimited calls and texts in my contract whilst in the UK. 1) When in EU, can I receive calls/texts for free? 2) When in EU, can I make calls/texts for free?Thank you in advance

Need help. I'm not receiving texts messages this has been the case for 5 days now. If i switch on RCS then not a problem but when switched back to normal settings then nothing. I have restarted my phone, deleted and re added contacts and done pretty much what's been advised. Only been with this provider for a few months after hearing good things yet have had nothing but problems .since between bad connection and now this.

I have recently (18/03/25) switched my number from 3 to ID mobile and the switch completed. Only issue I have is that no one can call or text me. If they call it says “number not recognised”.

I changed from Three to ID Mobile with the switch occurring yesterday, 19th March which also transferred my number with a PAC code. However, my phone cannot receive any calls (I can call out though) or receive any text messages or send text messages. I am able to send iMessages via my iCloud account but not my number. I have worked through the processes noted for the iPhone in regards to not being able to receive calls/messages etc but it hasn’t sorted out the issue. Does this mean that my number hasn’t actually transferred as yet even though I’m being told the switch has completed? The email did come later than it was meant too but I’ve not received any text messages from ID Mobile confirming the switch or transfer on my phone so something definitely isn’t right. Hoping somebody here can help if not I will do a live chat in the morning. Thank you

Recently bought a new pay monthly contract that included a currys voucher. it did not arrive with the phone delivery, and haven’t received any emails. raised a help ticket, and had a automated response to email another help desk. Kinda feels like I’m getting bounced around the system.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request PAC codes for my two exchange numbers. I wish to transfer them between providers. For the past four months, I have experienced inconsistent internet service in Stevenage. Consequently, I obtained a PAC code from another provider, but their network is also inadequate. To resolve this, I require a PAC code from ID Mobile for the number ending 681, which is used by various government and other sector organizations. Got an email to say all ported successfully on Saturday 22nd but since then he can make calls and send texts but cannot receive calls or texts and it says number not recognised. Had a new SIM card and also done numerous network resets and nothing has worked. Contacted id help and they have raised a case and I should hear back anytime now by email. It looks like a common fault but I am not happy with the service so far. it’s a safety issue when you cannot contact your son when he is out. I have only got until Sunday to give phone back as my 14 day is up then. Any help welcome

For weeks now the data service on my mifi and also mobile phone (both holding id mobile sim cards) has been extremely bad. I know my devices are fine because if I go to a different part of London everything is better or even perfect…I live in Walthamstow E17, and for a long while the service was fine, but just a couple of weeks ago it went downhill.It is obvious that ‘something’ is going on in this area related to Id Mobile/’3’ service….Can you please tell me what that is?Unfortunately this is the downside of a 24-month contract - you are stuffed if their service becomes unusable.I am only able to send this because the service has decided to pick up, at least for a few minutes!By the way, the signal bars on my device show a decent signal, even when the service is down or very poor, so it seems that the issue is not even related to the signal from the local mast…..more likely something else going on with id mobile/3.When I have mentioned poor service in areas within this part of London

I got a replacement sim after my phone was stolen on holiday. Since then I have been trying to reactivate it.However every time I try to reactivate it online it takes me through the process of logging into my online account. In order to log in , I have to input my phone number so I can reactivate my phone. They then send a text message to my phone number.Which I cannot receive because my sim card isn't activated. I can't get on the online chat because the button never seems available. And when I press the button which says I don't have an ID SIM card, it just takes me round to the ID Mobile deals page. How on earth am I supposed to reactivate my SIM card online?And I can't get in touch with anyone and I can't phone anyone because my phone isn't working.

I had an old number a while ago that I think was with ID but I have recently changed numbers twice. My current number is ID but I was wondering if I can change it to my old one? Thanks
