Just topped up my account by £7,still cant dial out or receive 4/5g Internet either. Can you help?

I went to Currys store and they say they only sell monthly plans and need to order online. So I go back to Live Chat and again they say need to go to store. So I’m going round and round in circles. I ask if I can speak to manager or another agent. Live chat agent said no as I’m not a current iD customer and speak to another agent same response

HI, I ordered a new pay & go Esim on the ID website yesterday morning. (Sunday 16th) i got an email confirmation with invoice etc but still no QR email to download the Esim yet? Does it usually take this long? Thanks!!

I bought an esim PAYG plan in March 2025. I have just bought an £8 top-up which now shows on my account. However I have had a text stating  I’ve started using chargeable services and my plan is still showing as inactive. Is there something I need to do? I am in the Isle of Man.

HelloI've just bought a tablet and it has capabilities to take a SIM card which would be helpful when there's no WiFi, is this something that I'd mobile offer.  I'm an existing phone customer. ThanksDanielle 

ID Mobile PAYG Sim I currently don’t have an active PAYG plan with ID Mobile, as I don’t use the phone much in the winter. I do, however, have about £10 balance on my online PAYG ID dashboard. My question is, is there a days/months timeframe, where I have to actively use the phone, texts, data, in order to stop the SIM being cancelled? Also, there may be, I think, a requirement to top-up, to avoid cancellation. What timeframe is this, please? I want to keep the SIM/number, as come next Spring/Summer, I wish to use the ID sim regularly again, likely with the PAYG plan, I had over this last Summer. Any help on the rules/terms would be welcome. Thank you. 

I have a payment pending but my pay as you go monthly contract has run out. Can ID reinstate me until the payment has processed?

Iv just joined ID mobile today on PAYG on the £10 think with 6GB. Wanna stay on PAYG for next time with more data which plan with more would you recommend

Hi, my PAYG plan expires in a few days but I have run out of data and already topped up once. I would like to renew my PAYG plan now, not wait for it to expire. I also found last time my plan came to an end, it expired and I then had no internet or calls to be able to renew the plan. I had to find WiFi quickly to renew. Is there a way I can renew the plan a day or 2 before it we expires so I can avoid these situations?Thanks

I have purchased an eSIM which said it included 4GB of data. I have registered and activated the Sim which has worked fine, but my account says I have 0 data. Please help. 

I bought a ID pay as you go SIM, paid £8 for data, unlimited calls and texts - but when i make calls it says i have no credit. I have no idea what my new phone number is to create an account to top up. In my phone settings it says "number unknown". I've been to a car phone warehouse to scam the barcode on the back, but it didn't recognise the barcode. What on Earth is going on and how do I fix it!

I’ve just switched to IDMobile and having issues with FaceTime and other apps that use my number for authorisation. I’m trying to re-enter my old Mobile Number in settings but it doesn’t save and comes back to the temporary number

My sim was working fine until my phone broke. When I put in in a replacement phone, it said no sim. I assumed it was the phone not being compatible but when I put it in another phone  still no sim. 

My wife had received her sim card from id mobile on the same day as myself. I requested our pac codes from our provider ( sky ) I entered them into IDMobile transfer form as per instructions and mine is fully operational and my wife’s keep stating Error ? It’s been over five days now and it’s still not sorted ..Any help as I have tried telephoning I’d mobile without any success  

Hi,  I made a payment and usually it shows up immediately on the billing page and my account is unbarred within an hour max. This time I made the payment an hour ago, it is saying no payment has been made and customer service has confirmed that they have not received any payment. I sent them screenshots of the payment and I don’t know what to do please help. Customer service told me to make a second payment but they have not guaranteed I will get a refund for the first payment and I cannot call ID mobile or my bank as my phone has been cut off.

HiQuestion to someone from customer service.Unlimited plan payg- expired tonight 12/09/25 23.59- If I'm not mistaken I should have internet, calls and texts included in the monthly fee, right? Unless I'm mistaken? So why does soec charge me for calls within the UK to regular non-premium numbers and on top of that charge me for internet, which is supposedly unlimited?

I have just topped up my PAYGO phone but I can’t make calls or send SMS.  I can use data though. Do I **have** to have a ‘Call Plan’ in order to make calls and/or send SMS?  I’m sure I didn’t originally need one, I just topped up and then I could make calls etc.  Can anyone explain this to me please.
