I have received a fraudulent final demand letter for £44.99. How do you intend to remove this promptly from my account?
Up until a few weeks ago, I had no problem making calls with Wi-Fi calling switched on with my iPhone 14 Pro. Then, when I dialled out, the person I was calling would receive the call, but there was no sound on my phone. I did a network reset, and that fixed it temporarily, but after a while, the problem came back. I’ve now just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro, changed to an ID Mobile eSim, and the problem is happening again. I worked out if I switched off Wi-Fi calling, it fixed the problem. My wife is on ID Mobile and has no problem with Wi-Fi calling switched on. Anyone got any ideas what’s causing the problem?
I recently landed in Switzerland to discover, within minutes that £5 then another £5 were added to my account in data charges.I would like to know how this happened since my new phone has never had the data roaming switched on.How do I raise a complaint for recovery of these incorrect charges?As an side, £5 for 3Mb?! Extortionate comes to mind.
My daughter has bought a new 1 month bundle today (December 31st), but it says the bundle will expire on 16th Jan. Any idea why?Thanks,

I've tried to top up my phone via the iD mobile app (which is garbage btw) and it's charged me 6 times! Where do I stand with a refund? They are saying it can take 5 working days for the money to come back but I need it asap due to buying food for family!
I wanted to resume my old topic, because the problem turned out to have never disappeared, and recently it’s been pestering me more than ever. It was the topic:Since it’s been archived in the meantime, I had to create a new one.Anyway, the problem is exactly what the title says. Even though I still have well enough credit for calling or whatever, and there’s still long until it expires, the service regularly does not allow me to use it. I really rarely call someone, and when I do, it’s usually urgent. And every time it is urgent, the problem comes up. When trying to call someone, most of the time I just hear “You are currently unable to make calls cos' you are out of calling credits”. Although now there are some differences compared to the occurrences of the problem from the past...1. In the past, with the problem taking place, when calling the automated iD Mobile service to hear how much credit I had, I would instead hear that they were experiencing some technical difficulties. I currently have a monthly rolling iD sim only account. I’m wanting to buy a phone through mobiles.co.uk which has an iD sim with it. Do I have to cancel my current iD account, get a PAC and then provide this to mobiles.co.uk to rejoin iD or is there a simpler way? iD upgrades cannot match the deal I’m getting with mobiles.co.uk
I've just ordered a sim only package, or a least think I have!!There's been no email acknowledgement only saying not completed despite entering all bank/card details. I don't want to end up ordering 2 sims but equally want confirmation the first order has gone through. Is there a customer service number for real live humans!? How novel would that be!?

Hi as per title , I’m on pay and go . Have purchased a bundle but the data has run out half way through so I’m looking to start a new bundle early so I can up my data allowance with the new one . I can’t see any way to do this only option is to top up and and credit to my account . Do I need to do this first before I can purchase one ? I don’t really want to stick money on my account for it to just start charging that for data before I can purchase a bundle though so any help would be massively appreciated Cheers

I was told my new sim card will be sent last monday, I wanted till this monday till I asked for a replacement sim card, I was told it will be sent via first class.Fast forward to today, I made an agent on chat aware of this and despite the situation I am in, I now asked the chat agent to if I can get it sent to me via a tracked sevice many times and I keep getting told “we can’t send it tracked”. I have been without a sim card for almost 2 weeks now and I am given the options of calling in, however I ported my old number to ID Mobile so I don’t have the option to do that.I absolutely regret my contract with ID Mobile, I wish I had just stayed with EE, because they treat you like a human, while ID Mobile has been treating me like rubbish.
