I used to be with 3 who mistakenly canceled My number, I did not realize I would need it to transfer WhatsApp to My ID Number, does anyone know of another way to do this?
I have paid £20 for extra add on to use data in Turkey but I am not able to use any unless I connect to wifi I need to be able to have data to send messages and calls
I recently purchased a new SIM only plan for £15 a month via a website and not through my current account and I can’t seem to find a way to link it up to my current account despite the fact that my mobile number and bank details are the same
I don’t know what to do. There is no live chat either
I’m getting the worst coverage I’ve ever had on a mobile. I’ve been with ID Mobile for a while and I’m constantly losing calls, and the data coverage is awful. I’m stuck in a 24 month contract because the IPhone 16 Pro Max was included. Pretty pointless phone with the lack of coverage. It would be nice if I could contact ID Mobile but they have no customer service number, and even if they did it would probably drop out. Any ideas why the network is so bad?
Hi, I did ask this earlier today in a previous thread but then thought as that was marked as Closed it might not get seen. I’ve had the promotional links for Apple TV, Music and Arcade. The link for the TV offer allows me to sign in to apple and press redeem but the next screen just has a spinning wheel. I’ve tried on 2 PCs and several time with no success. The Music link gives the “missing UID” message mentioned above.I haven’t tried ArcadeWould you please send me some working links? ThanksM
Hi, I have an android Huawei P20 and over the last few weeks I'm no longer receiving sms or calls. I can make calls, but it never connects on the first attempt. If I restart my phone I get a flurry of sms, but they stop again. Any ideas?

I ported my old number into iD today. Have had text saying transfer complete. However, several people go straight to voicemail when calling me. I have disabled voicemail in iD app but it is still happening. None of the solutions proposed helped.It doesnt happen in all people, just certain ones. Help please iD, not much point having you as a provider if people cant call me.
I’ve checked this thread and tried all the suggestions but wifi calling is still not working for me.I have another id mobile iphone and that is working fine. I switch on airplane mode and switch on wifi to force the phone to use wifi calling and it works just fine. However, on the first if mobile iphone I cannot get wifi calling to work. This is a relatively new id mobile account / sim and I don’t think it has ever worked. One difference I can think of is that it is using a esim so I don’t know if that has something to do with the problem. It seems that the phone *thinks* is has wifi calling set up. You dial a number and it calls as normal but does not ring. After about 20s saying calling it says ‘call failed’.
I have ID mobile esim in a pixel 9 Pro. When I first had it the network coverage didn't seem quite as good as my previous provider, however, over the last few weeks coverage seems to have got steadily worse to the point that it is almost unusable and I'm having to have several attempts to complete a phone conversation. This is both normal phone calls and WhatsApp calls. I previously had three mobile and so didn't anticipate any change in network coverage. It was noticeably not as good when I first started with ID mobile but has been really poor for the last couple of weeks. This has been both at my home address and local area and the area in which I work which is 15 mi or so away postcodes, gl5 and gl51. Can anyone help? Because I'm on the verge of having to have a second phone it is so bad.
I’ve been trying to redeem apple offers Tv/music/arcade, but like others on this forum im getting error UID Missing or Incorrect when i click the links on the welcome email. The TV Link was missing from the email and instead Mcafe for 90 days (Which i wont be redeeming) I’ve tried to resolve with chat, however they’ve not been able to help and im quite shocked at their responses.Firstly they said they cant help and that i need to try and resolve this issue with AppleThe second option was that they will cancel my contact and will refund what i’ve paid since joining.The third option was that they will give me 1 month credit on my contact, and not give me the offers. Does anyone know how i can get some help to get the working links for apple offers?I have tried the links on different browsers and different devices - Same issue.

I took out a 24-month contract with ID Mobile via Carphone Warehouse around 12 months ago, which included both a handset and SIM. I’ve recently moved house to a new area, and since moving, I’ve found that the mobile signal at my new address is extremely poor — I have no usable signal indoors, and even outside, it is unreliable. I am now unable to make or receive calls, send texts, or use mobile data unless I am connected to WiFi.When I check the three coverage checker, it confirms that this level of poor service is standard for my area and not due to any temporary fault or maintenance issue. I understand that signal can vary by location, but I do expect to receive a basic level of service from a mobile network, and in this case, I am receiving none.I'm not sure what to do. It feels very frustrating having to pay each month when ID Mobile can't provide the service in paying for. Any help on how to resolve this.
I have been trying since Friday 13th June 2025. We have tried on app, online and live chat. Nothing works.Under Ofcom regulations, I am entitled to receive my PAC code within one working day. It's literally in the law. Seems like delay tactics. Has anyone found a solution to this. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman.
Why can't I transfer my old number?
There appears to be an outage going on for the last 3 days or so in RH16 area. This is acknowledged on the iD site, but please can anyone advise roughly how long it’s expected to last and if there will be compensation?

having trouble with location accuracy when using waze and maps to the point it is useless but put a vodaphone sim in and it works fine , phone is a samsung A52, not sure how to get it resolved.
I bought an iphone 16 pro max from apple a week ago. Old SIM has never worked on data since. Got a replacement from Currys yesterday and they registered the new SIM, get home same problem.Been to Apple and full check done, not a problem their side. Thought I’d re register SIM online today but the format when asking for SIM card number does not match the actual SIM card. The box to fill in starts with a pre populated 894420 but my actual sim starts with 254… no option to delete prepopulated numbers. Any ideas…will attempt to speak to person when they start at 0900
Hi, I had a text yesterday to say my PAC had taken place and my old number has been transferred to my new digital sim. However when my old number is set as the primary sim, no data or calls work. When I set the new number (which I don’t want to use) as the primary sim, it works. I have tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to help. Thanks!
