Hii have now switched over to ID and kept my old number, but it’s not showing on my account? 

I have a PAC code but I can not find any available dates in the switch over calendar. All are greyed out and when I physically enter possible dates it always says the date is not available.  Need to switch soon before I have to pay my previous supplier for another month.

If ID has a problem with the network how do you inform customers? Because my phone has been on emergency calls only and I have tried every suggestion to no avail. It appears I'm paying for a service I am not receiving.  

I have seen a better deal with yourselves. How do I cancel this plan and change to the other deal? 

In Koshave enabled roaminginternet etc still does not workdont want to reset my network settings

I have just switched from sky to iD mobile. Used the PAC code to keep my number. Received eSIM by email. Selected to download it. Didn’t work. Requested second eSIM. Downloaded it again. Realised the problem was I had my old physical sim in the phone. Removed this and tried to get a new eSIM but no text coming through and can’t make phone call to speak to someone 

Hi, I'm currently on holiday in Corfu (Greece) and will be here until 3/08/26 - how does data roaming work please charges wise? I’ve ensured my spend cap is at £5 as last year it automatically connected me to an Albanian network and I was charged. I am using Cosmote which is Greece and also ensured I did this manually and turned off automatic network selection.  

I am having trouble adding my 2nd account to thé I’d mobile app. My second SIM was for an iPad and iPads cannot receive standalone SMS messages. Is there another way to add the app or someone that can do it for me?

Hi , following a website updating problem, I made multiple orders and was charged for extra phones and plugs . it took a long time to resolve and I was refunded for all monies apart from 1 plug (£19)I have all the refund confirmation numbers - one of them is unpaid - but I’m not sure which one!please can you help me resolve 

I believe that my current contract is due to end on 27 September 2026. How much notice do I need to give please to avoid being charged beyond that date? I intend to leave iD Moblie when the contract ends.

Hi all,   just joined ID,    all smooth,   to start , data/sms all worked ,  but realised after a week,  no one was able to call me..  Phoning out ,  my transfered number showed on friends phone Anyone calling me,   “unknown number” Timeline Transfer 13th Aug Email about delayed switching 15th Aug -  took my by surprise  as  thought it was all done Compensation arrived 16th Aug (before they knew how long it would take Switch complete 18th aug Still no  luck with people calling me today As part of troubleshooting  it was suggested i remove esim and reinstall ..   But now i find that you cant reinstall esim..   as its seems its a 1 time only thing..  !!   Can anyone else me get my service up and running,    and get my esim redelivered please  

There has been no signal on idmobile in NN11 postcode all day. The service has been poor all through my contract idmobile. I have presented many screen shots via speed test. According to some doggy database where idmobile thinks that they have good coverage in my region in and out of house.  Today takes the cake, there is no signal. and shoddy business model where you can talk to any one where the system is down. That is why I have another SIM card to pay for due to shoddy idmobile. What is the point of have massive data bundle with us when you can’t use any.  I also go to London quite a lot, and the service is poor there too. No signal and no data. 

Hi all. I've just gotten my new Pixel 11 today. When setting it up I tried to transfer my esim from my pixel 9 but it said id wouldn't allow this. Not a problem as I was able to request a new one via my online account. I requested a new esim, got the email and added the new esim to my new phone. It installed fine. No error messages or anything. However I've not had any service whatsoever. It's like the esim isn't activating. There's no number assigned to it or anything. I've reset my network settings, checked the apn settings and even erased and installed another new esim (thanks to the live chat agent) but still nothing.I've already erased the old working esim from my old device so I'm now stuck without service. How can I resolve this?

I need to switch to id mobile from another network. Already have the PAC code but no longer have the id mobile SIM card. How do I activate the switch to id mobile? I tried doing it online but it’s asking to verify my id mobile number which I’m unable to do so since I no longer have the sim 

I want to ring a standard Dutch landline number, but both when in UK and in Belgium, it immediately blocks with the message “your service does not allow this number”. While I have free calls within my plan - so that should include all Band 1 destinations, and both roaming and WiFi calling are switched on.

My phone has started getting a yellow line along the fold of my phone. Which is rather annoying.  How can this be resolved. I have done all new updates and restarted my phone.
