Hello,My contract finishes on the 23/10/26, Im going to leave ID but I want to know if I have to give notice of intention to leave? I don’t want to end it early then schedule as that will accrue early termination fee. But I also don’t want to pay another monthly bill when cancel after 23/10. Can you someone instruct me on what to do please?

Hi,a previous provider has given me a STAC code. They say that you can use it to cancel that account, even though I have already opened my ID account? Is that correct and how do I use it? Thanks

I transferred from Talkmobile today and downloaded my digital sim but nothing is working. I can’t call anyone. Any ideas?

I want to return the iphone 18 pro max. the customer care and website mentions that go to Currys to return.Have been to two different Curry’s showroom (Hayes and Brentford) - and both said they are not authrised to take any return on behalf of ID. Spoke to ID again - they still stuck on go to currys. Anyone facing similar issue and any resolution?

Hi all, Advice please. I'm new to id and I have had nothing but trouble. The present issue is that my Id Data doesn't work and my signal drops even when I have data left. Meaning I am unable to make calls, texts or even put my data on to send a WhatsApp. This happens for multiple days at a time. The coverage in my area is not low and there are two other ID users in the house with no issues.

Attempting to login,to check billing issue, security check your end sends text to mobile that is lost hence checking final bill, how to verify if no phone?

Will this be covered by samsung 24 month warranty?

Multiple times I am on the phone with a friend whilst I cna hear them they are unable to hear me - I have done everything  I can to fix the problem, like restarting etc and whatever was advised on the website but nothing is working, this affects both myself and my husband as we both use ID.Anything else I can do to get this recitified - I use my mobile for work so this is really not acceptable Thanks

I attempted to extend the roaming abroad data by 1 additional day, as I needed it to handle my travel on the last day; however instead of adding 1 additional day it is running concurrently with my existing 10 day roam abroad. Is this expected behaviour, and what can I do to rectify this?

I cannot send or receive messages since porting my number across

I lost my phone and need to activate a new SIM. But I can't get into any account that may be attached to the number. Would call to get this sorted but, yanno...

if im travelling for six weeks in countries where i need roaming beyond do i just have to keep buying new 10 day packages as the old one is running out? will they run concurrently or overlap and is there an option to buy sux weeks worth in one go?

I pay for 4 phones. My current provider allows me to do this under one account and takes a single payment. Can I do that here ?

I have recently ordered a new SIM for pay monthly. The SIM has been delivered to another address and I am unable to retrieve the SIM card  Can you send out another SIM card please

Hello,  I am currently on a Sim only deal with O2 on my iPhone 11. I am looking to upgrade and went into Carphone warehouse to try and buy the iPhone 16 with a ID mobile contact. I was declined in store as I failed the credit check.  I was unsure whether or not my details were put in wrong as I’ve never been denied credit. I did a credit credit myself which showed excellent on the score.  I have never been in debt or have any reason to have a bad credit score. I have never missed any payments with O2 or any other direct debt.  I tried to order the phone and set up the contract through Carphone warehouse online and again it failed the credit check with ID but they did not provide a reason why. I am just wondering if this matter can be resolved somehow? I would really like a contact with ID and get a new phone.  thank you

I requested my number to swith from O2 to ID. Not happened yet. You're currently viewing the plan for {REMOVED}, which already has a pending switch request.”  When will the transfer happen and do I keep both numbers active until I receive the date?

Why my bills are always different ? I can’t find any explanations writing on the bills.

How can I change my plan

Hello3 days ago, I got PAC from my old network provider for my old number transfered to my new plan  e-sim plan only with ID mobile. The transfer seem smooth as new plan work fine on my mobile. So the problem is the ID mobile APP dont recognised my phone number (from my old mobile provider) when I try to create my account on the app. Please advise Craig Gardiner

I need my imei number, my phone is lost and the police can't fike my report without it and no where on your app or website can I find it

Had no phone signal for 4 days now

Hi, My phone contract does not run out until the end of 2027. However, I am going to the Philippines in March 2027 and would like to use my phone to navigate, e.t.c.Would I be able to use an ESIM that is not ID mobile, like offered via trip.com or an ESIM that Saily offers, even though my contract would not have finished. My phone make and model are ESIM compatible, but unsure if the handset would be unlocked and allowed, being that my contract would not have finished.

Hi, is there any way to stop or block spam calls? I’m receiving around 3–4 spam calls every single day, and it’s honestly getting really frustrating. The problem is that every call comes from a different number, so even when I block them, they just call again using a new number. Blocking individual numbers doesn’t seem to make any difference. It’s been happening every day, and I’m getting really fed up with the constant interruptions. Is there anything iD Mobile can do to help stop these calls? I’d really appreciate a solution that doesn’t involve changing my phone number.
