I've ran out of data. How do I restart my £10 bundle as it doesn't end for another 2 weeks

Several days ago, I checked the service status page and it says there's an issue in my area. Tomorrow will be the 4th day. The service status page doesn't give any indication of when the problem will be resolved. How long is it likely to be out for? Is there going to be a discount on my bill this month given I'm not receiving the service I'm paying for?

I have received my new phone today with new sim and number which I’ve had to use to activate my account but I’m due to keep my old number from my previous contract which isn’t swapping over till the 1/7/25, will this just happen? Can anyone help with how this works, Thank You.

I am buying a new iPhone to replace my current iphone. When I get a replacement eSIM (I understand I need to do this in order to use my new phone) will it contain my current phone number? I am not changing contract or provider simply updating my physical iPhone. I really do not want to lose my number.

Hi I was leaving idmobile and went to pay my final bill but I couldn’t access there on line account as they restricted my account and then phoned them and there automated phone line wasn’t working either it was only £4 bill but after months they said I have missed 2 payments and put it on my credit report the bill is gone know and I am in credit for £5 is there any thing I can do to get this off my credit report thanks

My number was due to port 5days ago. I can make outgoing calls and texts but not recieve any calls or texts. I have been on live chat every day since and it still has not worked. The problem is with port in, and it has apparently been escalated by the technical team. I need my number for work and this is taking too long. A big problem as well, is the lack if communication from ID, I have to live chat for about 45 minutes each day. It’s a new i phone and now i message is also not working after being told to reset some settings yesterday. If I could get any further advice it would be welcome. Ok

I'm a bit thick, does Bulgaria come under the free roaming charges please? Because I'm stuck cuz too many people have that. I have just upgraded my sim only to a phone subscription now. There is an offer for a free watch, but the link doesn't appear to work. Has anyone else had issues, and does this need to go to customer service agents to resolve? Thanks Jeff

I have just returned from a cruise which included Greece & Turkey, whilst at sea I made sure my phone was in flight mode & whilst in Turkey I purchased a £5.00 1 day roam beyond package, I have been charged over £100 in roaming charges, would anybody know why that is.

I have unfortunately been on this network for 7 months and I say it was a mistake. The data are speeds are like dial up in the 80's! Never above 5Mbps download and 2MBps upload! That's on 4G network hardly any better on 5G. Unusable service wish I had got out with the 14 days and gone to proper network. Seems a popular thread has anyone ever found out why?

Since Wednesday I have been unable to make and receive normal phone calls. It only works once after I turn my phone off and on again, after this, I can no longer be contacted. This problem has been ongoing for quite a while now. I’m aware of the Three outage but many replies state that it has been resolved however I am STILL having problems. Before I receive the copy and paste messages, yes I have voLTE turned on. When will this issue be FULLY resolved for all.

I took out a 24-month contract with ID Mobile via Carphone Warehouse around 12 months ago, which included both a handset and SIM. I’ve recently moved house to a new area, and since moving, I’ve found that the mobile signal at my new address is extremely poor — I have no usable signal indoors, and even outside, it is unreliable. I am now unable to make or receive calls, send texts, or use mobile data unless I am connected to WiFi. When I check the three coverage checker, it confirms that this level of poor service is standard for my area and not due to any temporary fault or maintenance issue. I understand that signal can vary by location, but I do expect to receive a basic level of service from a mobile network, and in this case, I am receiving none. I'm not sure what to do. It feels very frustrating having to pay each month when ID Mobile can't provide the service in paying for. Any help on how to resolve this.

How the title suggests I topped up my account today £15 for 20 gig of data and unlimited texting minutes and it’s not working. I can’t see it on my ID account but the money has come out of my bank. I’ve checked my bank statement and I can see the money come out of my bank, but it’s still not showing on my ID account please sort it

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?

My plan ends on 15th July and I wanted to book a date 30 days from today to end my plan but when I tried on the app it gave me no such option and said they ended my plan today. Now I will have yo pay £41. I want my plan to end when I want it to not today! Plus if they end my plan without me using my pac I won't be able to port my number.

I should have had my number activated yesterday 27th June but nothing has happened. PAC was issued when I moved networks.

Hi everyone. So I bought my Id contract in April but only just ported the number over last week I did put the sim in the phone once but did continue to use my old sim until that contact ended I noticed last night that my iMessage wasn’t working then noticed the numbers in my number and also in my Apple ID under security and sign in, email and numbers was wrong and also under send and revive so I reset my network and this solved this issue and all numbers were then correct but iMessage still wouldn’t work but what I did notice was under my Apple ID email and phone numbers it says unavailable for iMessage and Face ID then if I click on this it says something like no sim connected to number or something I’ve since tried a new blank sim and still nothing. I’ve restarted, reset double checked everything this seems a very common problem with id mobile and luckily for them I’m last my 14 day cooling off due to my own fault the email works fine with iMessage but I wanna use my number how hard can it be anyone got any tips how to go forward with this, I can’t add my number back onto Apple due to having done it too many times today so got to wait till I can get a new code but when I do I’m hoping it’ll activate properly thanks

My old number was supposed to port to ID on Tuesday 24th June 2025. However, I am having the following issues. My number has partially ported. What I mean by this is that I can use my phone, make calls and send texts. When received they show as coming from the correct ported number. I can also use my mobile data. Unfortunately, it appears as though I can only receive calls and texts from numbers on the 3 network. Calls and texts from other networks do not connect or send. Can anyone help me? I have received an email from ID acknowledging the delayed switching but they also inform me not to contact them unless it takes longer than 7 days to resolve. This is too long to wait for my phone service to work as it should. Can anyone help me with this? How do I contact ID to speak with them about this? Thanks
