hi just joined have a pac code, how do i get this applied?

I recently upgraded my phone with ID however on receipt through DPD the box has been sent and the new phone and SIM card are all missing, the delivery bag wasn’t tampered with but the box had one tab ripped off. I contacted customer service who said that once the investigation is over I can cancel my upgrade/contract with ID and go to another network as this service has been appalling. I am wanting to get a new contract with a new network, I’ve been assured by customer service I’ll be able to cancel regardless of outcome and the new phone/sim have been blocked. Sadly because of the service ID have given I have very little trust and want to make sure if I go get a new phone ID can’t then make me pay for the new contract, I have kept the transcript of the chat and now am waiting for the investigation! Poor poor service 

I have absolutely no signal right now and have frequently experienced drops and cut-offs in recent days.  I don’t know what to do.

For the last two to three days my network keeps dropping out and only have "emergency calls only available" if I reboot the phone a couple of times it then managed to connect to the network but then after a few hours drops connection again. Why has the network become so up and down.

Hi, Hopefully quick question. I already have a phone contact on my account, that my son uses. I have just taken out another contract, for my daughter to use. I can't work out how to get this second phone onto my account. I'm also struggling a little to get going on the phone, new iPhone 15. It seems to have cut off my daughter's old (Vodafone) account, but not turned on the new ID Mobile account. Any thoughts gratefully received. Matthew.

Using a pixel 6, fully updated to most recent OS. Using a lebara sim in slot 1 and it works perfectly. ID esim in slot 2.Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed my text messages on ID mobile are particularly bad, even when i am in the house with my wifi. It takes hours for texts to arrive, sometimes days, and phone calls are a joke. Wifi calling is always enabled, and so is RCS text but i have tried it back to ordinary texts and there is no difference.I am being forced to use wifi for everything - eg making calls on whatsapp instead of using the phone app because the signal even with wifi calling drops out and my phone calls abruptly stop or we have that ridiculous “can you hear me? can you hear me now…?” type conversations.My work sim (lebara, piggybacks vodafone) is carrying my entire life right now, but this isn’t what I pay ID for: i want to keep personal and work life separate.It isn’t the phone because it works perfectly well for my lebara sim.I have trouble shot everything

When I looked onto my app it said I could have an upgrade. i placed the order and then received an email to call about the order. the person just told me that it was an error on your website and I couldn't upgrade. very disappointed with your false advertising.

Since moving from EE  it’s becoming increasingly frustrating I am unable to use the phone for any sort of browsing texts or calls. When I do a speed test at home while I’m getting 2 bars of 5G coverage it won’t load up web pages, the speed test came back at 6mbps which is ridiculous for what was advertised. It used to be in the hundreds with EE, internet used to be instant. I’m constantly getting calls dropping and texts not coming through. Confirmation codes to log onto sites don’t come through which has been a nightmare for me. It’s not just at home. I went to Meadowhall even on a quiet evening it was impossible to use my phone at all, recently in York it was the same. Couldn’t even load maps, I was lost! It’s just happening far too often it’s not usable. I want to know if this contract can be ended early I want to go back to a good network I feel absolutely scammed.

Hi. I upgraded my wife and I sim only contract recently and received 2 £50 curry’s gift cards as an incentive. Unfortunately only 1 of the gift cards had £50 credit on it, the second card is invalid when checked online, can I get this resolved here?

I have just switched over to ID Mobile, with three as the network provider. The data coverage is incredibly poor and I can only get 2m/bs in the EH11 area. How can I improve it?

Hi just from changed from  02 after many many years to iD ,I live on close to the border between Northern ireland and Republic of ireland , and travel between UK  to ROI daily , and alot of the time my phone when at home picks up the strong iD 3 IRL signali known i can change serttings to manual network and keep on iD 3 ukThis has never been a problem before with O2 because 02 roams on 3irl in the ROIHowever i read that iD terms and conditions state that you cant roam anymore than 64 days in a 4 month period ?Just wondering has anybody in a similar situation had this enforced ?  

SIM card for Samsung galaxy a325g not registering. We have tried reseating the SIM card , off and on , manual search for ID network etc  , but won’t register.

I am currently 18 months into a 24 month contact. I have a Samsung phone. The last week i can not receive or make calls unless i am in a WI FI area. Roaming is not working outside of WI FI. I have switched phone on & off. Checked settings are correct. Not been changed at all so confused why this is happening all of a sudden. I have a few life limiting health conditions & rely on being able to contact people. This is unacceptable service (not that i am receiving any value for my contact) My contact is Unlimited Data,Calls & messaging.Maria  

On 11th February 2026, I was contacted by individuals posing as iD Mobile support agents. They falsely claimed that iD Mobile was taking over Three Mobile and that all Three customers were required to switch. They were able to send emails from what appeared to be Three Mobile email addresses and prompted a password reset on my account. Believing this to be genuine, I proceeded.I was charged £29 under the false promise that it was refundable (screenshot attached). A contract was opened in my name without my consent. A device (iPhone) and SIM were dispatched to my address; however, the SIM registered to my number never arrived. Upon receiving the parcel, I immediately called them to clarify that I had never ordered an iPhone and that I believed it had been sent to me in error. They acknowledged this, telling me there had been a mistake in the contents of the package. They subsequently arranged for an Uber to collect the parcel from my address. Since joining ID mobile my signal is terrible specially when im indoors, i have to ask people to call me back constantly........tbh wish i had stayed with Vodafone Anyone else have constant issues?

I order the S25 with the free samsung tablet offer which I gave to my child.The other day he came and told me he can’t write on it.The promo showed a picture of a chromebook which can be folded and you can write with a stylus.I have been sent the cheaper version of the chromebook.Can someone please resolve this.Thank you!

REALLY URGENT: My wife received a call supposedly from her daughter. But she had called. It eas someone who had taken over her mobile number we think, becsuse the number calling history showed her number correctly. I checked up with OFCOM and was told to text the number to 7762 which I did.i then realised that OFCOM would incorrectly be asking ID to block that number. It is just that someone else was impersonating her. So please can ID UNBLOCK that number ASAP, so we can urgently get in contact with each other.We will need to private message both my wife’s number and the number to be unblocked. How can I do that?I guess that our daughter will be taking up the problem separately with her mobile service provider.kindest regards, John Wells

I need to report an issue with my network coverage in my area. I have not been able to make or receive calls since yesterday morning- so it has now been well over 24 hours! When I’m away from my WiFi (whilst out walking my dogs) I have absolutely no signal for anything.  How can this be fixed?? I can’t talk to anyone from ID. Not sure what to do. Please help…

Hi all,Recently switched across to ID from EE. I took out 1 contract with 2 devices for myself and my wife on Thursday. Passed across all the relevant information and PAC codes. Mine has gone through within 24 hours, but my wife hasn't received any text or mail to say that it's completed.Still showing the number of the new SIM card and not her old number she wants to keep. Original EE SIM card has now deactivated and not working.Any suggestions or tips? I did try reactivating again via the ID app, however it was shown as an error.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Darren
