I must leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none.  This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting.  I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile.  How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?  Also, I want 3 months repayment for data/network service id mobile I never got yet id Mobile took payment for and a refund for an add on of data I never got as well. 

Does the e sim add on allow phone calls for my trip to Egypt or is it just for data?

I have just purchased the Samsung Ultra and when trying to pair it with my phone I am getting the following error code message “E53306 Your airtime is not compatible with the Smartwatch Pairing service - Please call your contact centre”Looking on the forum I can see these types of questions were asked over a year ago, have you guys still not moved with the times???I can see other providers have this service and yes they charge a monthly fee so I’m very surprised if you haven’t, somewhat frustrating that I cannot use my watch as I wanted due to my provider not providing the service!

I topped up £10 thinking that I could use this to purchase an add on but again I can’t find this option I can see what add ons are available and it also gives instructions on how to purchase one which I began to follow but the add on option isn’t there in my account so I’ve topped up £10 for nothing. It’s very confusing and complicated

We have purchased 6 GB Data add on for 12 months. This was due to using all our data with no broadband. We are now not using our Data allowance of 10 GB each month. Does the unused 6 GB add on data roll over each month, the same way our contracted data does?

Having purchased my Google Pixel 9a on the 05/07/25 via Carphone Warehouse (part of Currys)... I understand there should have been a £50 Currys voucher as part of the deal. I haven't received this and have been to my local store who have said there isn't a voucher linked to my purchase? I don't think this is correct and don't know how to resolve this?  

I’m looking to cover a transitional period without broadband through a move. I had thought that a good way to cover it was unlimited data and hotspotting (I am a heavy user - a shade over 1TB of usage over the last 30 days), but I can’t see a way to add unlimited data to my existing 30gb mobile plan. Am I missing something? It seems fairly standard on other networks.

Hello,I wanted to purchase 1 x 6GB - 1 month add-on for £10. When trying to purchase it on the app, it gave me an error message saying "Oops... something went wrong. Please try again.". I checked my Home screen and the data remaining still showed what I previously had, so the purchase of additional 6GB clearly hadn't gone through. I therefore tried a couple more times, but kept getting the same error message. I thought maybe it wasn't working because it was on the app, so I went online on the website to try purchasing it on the website instead. To my horror, the home screen through the website showed that I had an extra 18GB of data on top of what I previously had. I don't need 18GB of extra data and I certainly did not intend to purchase 3 x 6GB - 1 month add-on, it was only because of the error message saying try again that made me click it two more times than I wanted. Dear iD Mobile Complaints Team, I am writing this as a final formal complaint regarding my ongoing issue, which has not yet been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact your team both via email and the community support channels. To summarise: I previously requested the removal and refund of the 15GB 12-month add-on that was accidentally purchased by my child. I did not authorise this purchase and have made this clear in my earlier correspondence. I was promised a follow-up email, which I did receive; however, the response was insufficient and merely advised me to call your sales team. I have already stated that I am currently unable to call and require all communication to be handled in writing. It has now been over four days since my written response, and I have not received any proper update or resolution.  This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short

It has now been 4 days, and I have not received any update or resolution. I then visited the iD Community Chat for assistance, but the representative simply advised me to call the help team and check the app. However, there is no option in the app to cancel or remove an active 12-month add-on.
