iPhone 15 so I brought two add on calls aboard Germany and Netherlands I brought the wrong one so I got another one now it’s wasn’t working at all so I’ve actually had to like pay another services I can’t used to services I was on live chat trying to deal with this problem like I was wondering because you guys knew that there was an error on the account now I won’t be using it because I’ve got another sim because it’s wasn’t working is there anyway to get refund or credit on my account because I letially paid you guys more than £10 and it’s isn’t working thank you so much they didn’t understand why it wasn’t working but yeah thank you 🙏
