Hi i would like to know when my iphone 18 pro max coming please

I have not received the promised amazon Voucher. Can you please advise on how to receive it?

I want to return the iphone 18 pro max. the customer care and website mentions that go to Currys to return.Have been to two different Curry’s showroom (Hayes and Brentford) - and both said they are not authrised to take any return on behalf of ID. Spoke to ID again - they still stuck on go to currys. Anyone facing similar issue and any resolution?

I only ordered a replacement SIM card but I received a brand new phone instead,I never purchased any new phone via id mobile app,so I need to post it to you, I was given an address to post it, could you please confirm if is the correct address?Currys Returns Address:{Removed}As if I post the new phone to wrong address,I will have to pay for the phone and very high monthly payments Many thanks Guangli Qi

Hi,I have received my new iPhone 18 Pro Max today; however, I’m extremely disappointed to find that the box has arrived damaged.Considering the amount of money I have spent on this phone, I do not feel it is acceptable to receive it in this condition. More importantly, the phone is a gift for my mum, so I specifically wanted it to arrive in perfect, presentable condition.I would therefore like a brand-new replacement to be sent to me, with the current phone and damaged box returned. Please provide me with the appropriate return instructions and arrange the replacement as soon as possible.I would appreciate this being resolved promptly, as I paid a significant amount for a premium product and expected it to arrive in perfect condition.i have video proof of the damaged box which is unopened.Thank you.

Hi I don recive my id sim card

I’ve received no further information on my order after having been told my order would be delivered between 8:40-11:40am by Royal Mail. I’ve had no updates since and have received an email from yourselves telling me my first bill will be taken on the 12th October. I will not be paying for a full month if I don’t receive my SIM card soon.

I did nor recive my qr code and i cant activate my sim

I didn’t realise you needed to fill out a return form on a mobile you was trading in  as I only just filled it out 10 days after trading in my previous phone with the correct requirements that got sent out to me. Will I still get my money for the trade in?

Where was item?can I please find out

When will we get an update on iPhone 18 pro max orders, ordered mine weeks ago and was just told 1st October then heard nothing else. I’d expect a dispatch email soon if they expect delivery on 1st October.  I hate companies that can’t give you an honest update as to what is going on. They will have updates but don’t provide them. Will they have stock on 1st October or not?

hi there I ordered the phone. I’m still waiting for your reply

I updated my address with the guy on the phone who I ordered my new device with yet I have just received an email with the invoice on showing my old address. I need to know ASAP that my new device is going to be delivered to the correct address!

Hello I have cashed in an old Iphone 15 Plus which I had applied for online and got sent the letter to 85 chapeltown street M12BQ. I have still not received or heard anything about this since. This was under the name Lucy Harries.

Hi,TLDR - Brand New Iphone 17 Pro Max - won’t connect to network - Suspected IMEI Blacklisted/Blocked I signed up for a new contract through Carphone Warehouse on Sunday (9th August), received the phone on Monday 10th, set it up, put the sim in, but it won’t connect to the network. In settings the Iphone recognises that there is an ID Mobile sim inserted into the phone, but will not connect. I tried another simcard from Talk Mobile, and another from Giffgaff, each time the Iphone recognises the sim card is in the phone, but does not connect to the network. Can’t make calls, receive calls, connect to the internet etc. Nothing.  I spoke to ID Mobile online chat - went through various troubleshooting methods to try and get it connected. None of them worked. They advised me to go into Carphone Warehouse (Curry’s), grab a new sim, activate it, and see if it worked. It didn’t work. Whilst I was in Carphone Warehouse i asked if there was anything else they can do, they offered to cancel the c
