My mobile phone has stopped charging, it’s a port issue, I’ve had the phone 6 months is it possible to get a replacement or get it fixed under warrantee

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your phone's charging port.

 

If the device is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, we'd recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to arrange an assessment. If the fault is found to be covered under the warranty terms, they'll be able to arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.

 

Before contacting them, it may be worth checking that there's no dust or debris in the charging port and trying an alternative charging cable and plug, just to rule out any accessory-related issues.
