Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited)  Thank you

Hi all,Been ID customer since 2023 and I used to use flawlessy all the service I needed, inculded an Italian Identity Service to have access to all the portal that required ID Verification (Tax Office, Ambassy portal for documents). I did use the service last year this time and had no issues. Then this summer the OTP form the Identity provider stopped suddenly to be received in my inbox. I tried to get in touch with this provider and they confirm that from their system I do receive the TEXT, but somehow it get stopped so I don’t actually receive it on my device.I have a samsung 25ultra and all the rest of the OTP are working fine. only with this app.  Followed every single step by the guide found on this community but without any success. Now I’m very stuck as I need to have acces

Hi I proved my pac from my previous network on Saturday and requested for the swap to be done on the 19th of January. This is yet to be completed 

I have been with id mobile for over 2 months and soon after joining (about a week later), I switched my old phone number to id mobile which was a nightmare as I was unable to access my old phone number for several hours (well over eight hours more precisely) and afterwards I was still unable to use iMessage and FaceTime for about a week and even sms when not connected to wifi did not work very well. Everything eventually started working afterwards except for sms from abroad which I can send but not receive. I tried everything they suggested but the problem is still there…I found out that at least another person with id mobile is not able to receive sms from abroad as this person wrote to me on this community…nevertheless, why id mobile cannot get this issue sorted?

Hi I am having trouble activating my sim my phone has been switched off for two months but it stopped working you then sent a e sim and it don’t work 

I have been with id mobile for almost two months and I have also changed my old phone number to it and since then, I have been unable to receive sms from abroad, including from an important international iD I rely on for my passport. We have tried everything but id mobile seems unwilling or unable to fix the issue…do not recommend any more settings change, everything has been tried, can you please just sort it? And please, stop calling during working hours as I can’t answer.

HiI have two numbers on my mobile one for work one for private. My work one is with ID and the private one is an e-sim with EE. What is the easiest way to transfer the EE number over to ID? I currently have the PAC code from EE

Tried other messages first but not helping me. Have just gone back into phone after a few weeks away and can't get any verification codes, which I desperately need for banking. Same SIM. Tried it in both spaces. Everything else on phone seems to be working. This happened a long time ago and can't remember you resolved it then. Help appreciated.

All I can find is a very very braindead chatbot that thinks a 14 word sentence is “long” and the phone service is just an automation.I have switched this week to ID - the problem is for reasons I cannot fathom the SIM has stopped working between when I received it and now. When I got it I put it into a phone and it worked, then I put my old SIM in and did the PAC thing, I got confirmation the transfer was complete yesterday and popped the new ID SIM in but my phone just says “NO SIM” - there isn’t even a network identifier, just “NO SIM”. I have tried it in both SIM slots and also in both slots of a second working phone. All slots in both phones work with a known working EE SIM. The ID seem seems to be entirely dead.Now the problem is ID wants to send me a text message

Hi I changed over to my old number and the switch was completed yesterday. I cant receive any messages but can send messesges. The received messages are going to my old phone even though connection has been lost there as ive changed providers.

Hi, I've owned Samsung Galaxys for many years and am well used to the settings. I'm having an issue where intermittently I do not get a notification sound when I receive a text message or WhatsApp, but do when it's an email or system message. It then returns to normal a day or so later. It's not the do not disturb feature and the numbers aren't blocked. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm loathed to do a factory reset but a setting reset didn't work.Tia

I recently got a new phone with an eSIM rather than a physical SIM. Both times I have gone abroad (Spain and Ireland) I get the text saying I am in a roaming country but my phone fails to pick up a data network. The phone keeps fluctuating between “no connection” and whichever network it is trying to get on. Not only does this mean I don’t have a data connection when it is the time I most need one but trying to connect all the time drains the battery massively. Everything is fine again once I am back in the UK. Any suggestions please?

I upgraded my soon to expire 12 month iD eSIM only plan to a new 24 month eSIM only plan. Unexpectedly, when I downloaded the new eSIM it has a new number. The information on the product info on the website suggested I would keep my old number when upgrading.An upgraded mobile plan with a new number is completely useless to me (and I'mbaffled why anyone might want to do this as a default feature when upgrading with the same provider).How do I reinstate my old number on the new eSIM? 

Hello I just got a new ESIM, but the device I installed it on doesn’t receive SMS.  The problem now is that I can’t activate the ESIM in the ID mobile app without an SMS. I tried to use the live chat, but for some reason it says my post code is invalid, so I can’t get to chat with an agent. Please help

Been with IDmobile a while, but last November I lost my mobile and so needed to order a replacement sim. Since then I’ve had problems receiving OTP’s, it seems many people have had this issue but can’t find anyone who has resolved it.can anyone help????
