Ive been with iD mobile 8 days. Have completed all checks including trying sim.in different phone, getting replacement sim, visiting currys tech dept. Ive had a lot of chat bot interactions with iD Mobile and last one they wanted two mobile numbers I had called with postal codes & time of calling - promised me tech dept would be in touch in 24-48 hrs. I can see this is a common complaint with iD Mobile. It should not be this hard.As an elderly person I rely on my phone and also gps in london. I wanted to give iD Mobile chance to fix this but am losing confidence. Plus they still want to charge me £12+ for first month even though Ive had no service. Does this inability to call or receive calls ever get fixed??
I have an Apple Ultra Celluar Watch. Now iD Mobile has eSIMs when will we be able to add an eSIM to a celluar watch?I appreciate iD Mobile do not sell celluar watches but those of us that already have one might want to use the additional functionality.
I just need to turn answering machine off so no messages can be left.
I am still waiting for my old number from previous network Giffgaff to be ported. I was told today but still has not been transferred over onto my new network? What can i do? I provided the pac code when i initially took out the contract
Dear IDStarted a switch from 3mobile on Thurs 2nd May, phone was to be delivered on Fri 3rd May but wasn't as driver was ‘delayed’, after not hearing from them but 12pm on Tues 7th I called DPD to be told that they don’t know where it is as it has had “no new scans since Friday” which sounds more like the driver stole it.DPD then made me contact Currys, who made me contact Carphone Warehouse who made me contact ID who told me I have to wait 6-8 days for an “investigation to be carried out”. INVESTIGATION ON WHAT? DPD picked up the phone and have admitted it’s gone. I realise you have to rule out fraud on my part but I have the receipts that show DPD ‘lost’ it.In the meantime a wait of 6-8 days means the first bill is due for a phone I should have had 12 days prior. I think everyone knows that the only logistics company worse than DPD is Hermes, and making ME responsible for chasing this issue is classic DPD, but ID then asking a new customer to wait another week for an investigation in
All calls are going to voicemail on IPhone SE. Checked do not disturb settings and call forwarding - all off. Help please!!
My phone and Sim were not delivered by DPD.my contract has now started and I have been left with no phone or sim!!this is crazy. How do I get my new replacement phone?Please help!!
I upgraded my phone today and would like to switch to an eSIM due to the wear and tear to my current sim, meaning that my service has decreased. However, I am unsure of how to do this I looked it up in the help section but it only tells you how to activate an eSIM.
HiI currently have a MIFI mobile hot spot with 3, for use on my narrowboat. The contract is coming to an end, can I simply replace the data SIM with an ID mobile one? I can't see any reason why not, but wondered if others had done the same and had issues?Regards Jeff

My phone was stolen and I’m having trouble getting into my account to activate my SIM. I need to verify my login by typing in a text sent to my phone number (!) which is incredibly frustrating. No option of answering security questions instead. After a few days without a phone I’ve finally got a handset and a new SIM, but I work full time so it’s taken a while, and there’s no customer service by the time I get home and have the time to try and sort it out. I just need help activating my SIM!
Hi , I have signed up to a new monthly ID mobile phone plan. I have received my iphone and sim card but the sim card doesn’t seem to be working. I have tried everything but no luck, just can’t get reception. I don’t know what else to do ? can anyone help? thanks in advance
