Cant set up esim on Galaxy A26 5G

I’ve tried to scan the QR code for the eSIM, but it takes me to a wizard to set a plan up on a wearable (not to install the eSIM to the phone). I can’t follow the steps to manually add the eSIM as there is no option to manually add an eSIM in the connection settings (everything is greyed out as per attached photos). It seems like the phone isn’t compatible with an eSIM (although online states it should be). Can anyone help? Can I get a physical sim instead?

Sorry to hear this, I’m unsure why it would do this, is this a device sold in the UK or was it purchased elsewhere?

 

The A26 is supported on our side and I’m unsure why the QR code would direct you to a wearable, nor am I sure why the device won’t let you add one manually.

Thanks Tom - It was purchased from yourselves and arrived yesterday. I’ve now ordered a physical sim
