No signal - can only use phone on wifi I took out a 24-month contract with ID Mobile via Carphone Warehouse around 12 months ago, which included both a handset and SIM. I’ve recently moved house to a new area, and since moving, I’ve found that the mobile signal at my new address is extremely poor — I have no usable signal indoors, and even outside, it is unreliable. I am now unable to make or receive calls, send texts, or use mobile data unless I am connected to WiFi. When I check the three coverage checker, it confirms that this level of poor service is standard for my area and not due to any temporary fault or maintenance issue. I understand that signal can vary by location, but I do expect to receive a basic level of service from a mobile network, and in this case, I am receiving none. I'm not sure what to do. It feels very frustrating having to pay each month when ID Mobile can't provide the service in paying for. Any help on how to resolve this.
