Appalling coverage and it has gotten worse. I have been an ID customer now for nearly 3 years and at first it was ok at home and at work. The last 12 months, I’ve seen a drop and in the last couple of months even worse. ID, you’re in breach of contract because you cannot provide the service I pay for. The network coverage checker shows great service at both home and work - but every time I try to make a call or receive one, it goes direct to voicemail. I receive a text of the missed call, try to call back and I can’t get through, even with one bar. I turned off every single feature Apple has that could play a part - no difference. I use an eSIM, I replaced this more recently thinking that may be the problem - no difference. I don’t have a physical SIM, I am happy to the that and will order one, but I am doubtful it will make any difference. Your coverage has been reasonable at best, but now it’s out and out poor.
