I've deleted my esim off my phone as I was told by an agent that I would be able to reinstall it again after I've deleted it. This was after a discussion about network issues I was having. He advised me that reinstating the esim can improve network problems. I contacted live chat and because they can't send the OTP to my phone, they won't provide me with a new esim. This means I now have to go to a Currys store or wait for a new physical SIM to be delivered. Is there any other way around this without having to go to a store or wait for a SIM to be delivered? Thanks.
I joined iD 2 weeks ago using an eSIM. Others cannot hear me when I call them (normal voice call) and every person tells me that my line is very bad. I already checked the network and coverage status in my area and my phone VPN settings

Hi. I've been with idMobile for months and successfully using voicemail but today I am unable to access it. If I phone the voicemail number it says it's calling but doesn't connect. I have tried 123, holding down 1 to connect and the actual voicemail number and it's not connecting. All my settings appear to be fine. The idMobile app also doesn't appear to be working. Any ideas anyone?
anyone else struggling right now’s myself and my partner are unable to make phone call right now. We can click on the name we won’t and it won’t dial out. We are both with ID mobile
I have noticed over the past few months that although there is a good phone signal in the Keswick area there is no data (claims to be 4G). This appears to be whether you are on the north side or centre, you only get data when you get to the top of Nest Brow when you pick up the signal from Penrith.
Good afternoon.What’s the best way to report an intermittent signal problem since storm Eowyn? I assume the regular live chat route?Since 24th January - or the immediate days that followed - I’ve had no-to-patchy iD mobile signal indoors and outdoors. 3 other family members are experiencing the same. All 4 of us use the iD (Three) network. With roaming on, I’m typically switched to Ireland’s Eir or Vodafone networks. If I set my device to manually select the mobile network then I might get iD for a time but often just “No network”.It would seem that Three’s mast in my area has become degraded. I live in Kesh, Northern Ireland. Nothing else has changed, just storm Eowyn. If I head into town (20 mins away) I get an uninterrupted iD signal. 5 minutes ago I was roaming on the Eir network, now I’m on iD with 4 bars!Regards.Jonty.
The Network quality is poorer than expected for my postcode. I thought 02 was bad with drop outs, but the signal strength is definately weaker with 3. It is supposed to the 2nd best in my postcode area in terms of signal strength (behind Vodafone). Very disappointing.. I used to be with 3 many years ago and they were ok at first. Haven't times changed. I'll be off to another provider as soon as my contract ends. See you ID.. 👋🏼

I’ve been with id mobile for 3 years now and not experienced any issues, until a few days ago I received a message saying I had used 100% of my data. My mobile data stopped working. However, in the app it said I still had 10GB remaining. Despite this I bought a data add on of 1GB hoping for my data would work again, but it hasn’t. My monthly data has now renewed and it still won’t connect, so even when it says I have full bars of 4G service (not 5G like usual though). I’ve tried my SIM card in another phone and still won’t work, and tried resetting and turning off and on things with no luck. id customer service chat bot can’t help at all.
Please help. Intermittently can’t ring out or receive calls. Been through various checks as suggested but still no good
I have just came to ID from o2 my signal is constantly cutting out when online using data also I am not receiving certain calls very frustratingand struggling to make calls also with the other persons phone ringing but nothing happening at my end HELP How do I speak to someone from ID
