Have i made a big mistake? This has to be the worst network I have ever experienced. My number is a week late porting over, when I make calls people are saying I'm breaking up, Internet is poor. Assistance is provided by customers not the network providers Am I doing something wrong

Hi i bought a contract phone on Id network from carphone warehouse yesterday, I have an o2 sim from my old phone, my question is that I want to keep my old number how do I do this please,

This is a hyprthetical question but if I use WiFi Calling and I use a VPN which ‘places’ me in say France, will I get roaming charges?

changed from o2 to ID mobile ( got new iPhone 16 pro max) First sim you sent didn’t work said I had no service the phone was running solely off wifi only. I cannot send any iMessages or FaceTime anyone. I can only use SMS text message not iMessages. Tried all the steps and network resets in settings. You have sent another sim, same problem, tried all the fixes and setting changes still nothing! I have today put this new ID sim into my old phone (iPhone 13 pro max) and everything works fine?? Why does the ID service and network not work in my brand new phone ( iPhone 16 pro max?).

Hi there - I’m new to ID mobile, and to the best of my knowledge have a signal issue with a transmitter at the end of the street. I live in SE9 South East London. When I am near this mast - the data signal in particular is very patchy. I know its the ‘ID’ network as other phones in my possession on Vodafone etc do not exhibit any anomalies or download issues etc when stood in the same area. Is there any way this transmitter issue can be investigated? Generic data says no reported issues in the area. I’m a new customer / couple of months into the contract and it’s driving me nuts. Thank you!

For the last 12 months I have experienced poor phone signal. I make a call, it intermittently cuts out or the person I’ve rang cannot hear me at all. I have to stand by the window at the end of the house to make a call. This wasn’t the case 12 months ago and my husband’s phone (on a different network) does not have this issue. Can anyone suggest what the issue might be please?

What service or coverage is there with id mobile if travelling in Thailand

I’m currently working in Gloucester and as of yesterday, I haven’t been able to connect to the internet or WiFi. I’m still getting notifications but when I click on them, they don’t load. Phone calls and texts still work. Anyone any ideas?

This will be my 3rd month with yourselves and ive noticed in the past month since bill payment i have absolutely no signal in or around my home i have to stand in the backgarden away from the house ,i understand it can be poor in places but come on its like being back in the 90s with what im experiencing im thinking of giving my 30day notice and moving back to my old payg provider sorry but id rather have less data and better signal than what i have here.

I've been with ID for a few years, no issues with signal at all. Upgraded to Pixel 9 Pro XL and signal drops out as soon as leave my house and is very unreliable, generally. The handset is also very unreliable when it comes to using Google wallet in some shops. I have to lock and unlock my phone multiple times before it'll work. Interestingly, when I encountered a similar issue at a fuel station, a message popped up asking me to only present one card at a time. Google Wallet has a default set up so I don't understand how I could be presenting more than one card. I've tried restarting my phone, on/off with flight mode and restart etc. I've attempted to contact ID but get trapped in a loop with the chat bot which is very frustrating. Hoping someone here can help.

Having big problems with connecting to internet.my area has 4g. With ok to good bars showing on my Google pixel 8. Often have unusable data connection. Also phone calls can only happen if I'm in my garden as it cuts out regularly, but I have to move about so the person can still hear me. Not happy.

SMS texts and Facebook Messenger messages take an age to send and receive or do not send at all live chat keeps cutting me off when speaking to an advisor

Hi ID I have recently updated my iPhone to the IOS 18 public beta. One of the features coming with IOS 18 is RCS support on iPhone with android users. As of now ID does not appear to support this feature, do you have any plans to enable this in the future. Thank you.

I have plenty of data but it's not connecting

I am Unable to make UK phone calls as phone cap has been reached despite having unlimited minutes. I have made calls in the past but can no longer make calls after several attempts. I have tried to call an 0845 number with no luck!!!! Never expected to have this problem with having unlimited minutes in my contract!!!

Worse Network and speed . I want to save this number but i want end contract with this sim after this month.

I cannot make calls or receive calls from home. There are plenty of signal bars and I can receive texts and data. When I try to call there is no ringing sound and after 30 secs the signal bar goes to zero, and then it says mobile network not available. The calls work as normal away from home, the phone is set on 4G, I have had a replacement sim fitted and have been on the chat three times, have been told twice “I’ll escalate this to our technical team and they’ll be in touch within the next two days” but haven’t heard anything. It would seem to me that the tower I use at home has a fault in processing my calls. Please how can I get my phone working.

For the past couple of days my internet speeds have been less than 1mbps, I have unlimited data as i use the service for my self employed business. This has happened once before where i was without full usage for about a week when initially i was told there was no network issues and it turned out there was. I’ve never had this problem before with previous providers, i find it unacceptable and the customer service is rubbish just un helpfull suggestions that are clearly not the cause. Has anyone actually had these issues resolved, or managed to get there contract cancelled so they can move providers cause thats where i’m at with it.

This has been consistent every time I have been in the area. 2 or 3 bars of 4g but unable to bring up anything that needs data. Including car park payment systems. It’s very frustrating particularly as the coverage map indicates I should be receiving great service. iPhone15 - been through the trouble shooting steps several times. Tom

Hi. When in the phone I'm consistently told on every call I make that it sounds like I have a bad connection. For weeks I have been checking the network status checker for my area (post code GU10) and been met with following message each time with no further detail forthcoming. How can I follow up to find out what the issue is, when it might be solved, and if I need to change networks. Thanks Error message on network checker: "We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here."
