My home postcode is WR1, Worcester. The coverage is terrible. I travel the U.K. a lot and the network coverage is bad everywhere. If I make a call whilst driving it always eventually fails. ID is by far the worst network I’ve ever been on.
I’m connecting both 4g & 5g
If ID Mobile don’t address this for me I’ll be contacting Ofcom. I need a reliable network

@Tyler My postcode is WR26HH. The phone doesn’t work anywhere enough though, not just at home.

Hello @Tyler The phone is fine. The sim no longer works. Every time I try to get into live chat I get cut off or taken to a bloody survey. This is useless. I’ve had no connection now for 3 days and no way of contacting this useless company.
