I’ve had 4 numbers (for myself and various family members) for many years. They were all paid for by me and under my name.I now just have 2 numbers with ID; my wife and daughter.I’ve created a “new” online account successfully, but I can’t add either of their numbers. I’ve tried using name/DOB for me, my wife and my daughter, but it says “details not recognised” in all cases. Previously I had a separate online logon for each phone number, which was a bit awkward but worked.Sounds like I’m not alone. Please could you advise how to proceedRegards,Martin Wilkinson
I have some issues after switching from Three to iD. My son was struggling to send messages to me using my phone number that I got ported over from Three. None of them come through. I've just sent a text message to him and it came through under the old number that iD originally provided with the SIM card, and not my poetes number. How can I get this sorted? I have no idea if this is an isolated case or if other people have struggled too. Thanks

Hi thereAs previous customers at ID Mobile, my partner and I recently upgraded to new phones in December after our 2 year contracts came to an end. I visited a shop to sell our old Samsung phones for cash. He informed me that my partners phone was locked but mine wasn't. Another store also told me the same thing. How is this, how can I check and how can we unlock her phone please?Many thanks for any help

I have never been able to login. And now my monthly bill is increasing exponentially I need to see what is happening.
What do I do if I can’t access my ID Mobile account, app and website because I can’t access the email linked to my account? Basically, I got logged out of the Id mobile app & tried to login but it keeps making me re register.
I am receiving the below when trying to register for the app. the details i have entered are correct and is the correct last name, dob & mob number. please help
Trying to log in to ID mobile but when registering my account I am not receiving the passcode that should be sent to my email.Tried on app and online. Tried resending. Not in junk mail. Have reinstalled app.Still not receiving the verification email from ID mobile.

Thankyou for all who responded. I'm sorted now. I had initiated a new plan instead of an upgrade. I rang 7777, after going through a million choices, I finally managed to speak to someone and sorted it for me.
Yesterday morning I received a text saying my number was being switched to new provider so I jumped on the ID chat to say this wasn't me and ID said they logged it with the technical team.Later that day I lost all data and ability to make calls. Jumped on chat again and they said its logged and will take 24-48hrs.I've since alerted all my banks and updated security where possible as 2 days is a long time to wait.Called customer service first thing this morning to confirm the team are working on it and it isn't simply 'logged'.I was told they will call me on my partners phone number I provided or email me with an update today but I've heard nothing back.I understand it takes 5 working days to switch back but the lack of communication and updates is just as frustrating/worrying as the issue I'm experiencing.
Added new child contract and number. Now all messages from id being addressed to my 11 year old plus he is using up my minutes on his phone. Not happy!
