Your iD Account & App.

Hi, can you please tell me when my plan runs out? Is it a two year plan I’ve got and when the last day it’s so I can either upgrade or get a new plan.

Hello, I'm having trouble verifying my personal details on the iD Mobile app.I have entered my correct name, date of birth and other requested information, but the app keeps saying that my details cannot be confirmed.I have checked everything carefully, and I believe the information is correct.Could you please check the details registered on my account and help me verify my identity so I can access my SIM account?Thank you.

I’ve just been given a PAC code from my old provider to change to my ID account.  When I try and input the code I’m offered one date to change it…. Tomorrow and by the time my new thirty day PAC code would have expired.  Just going round in circles

Hi all, I have purchased a new eSim sim only 12 month contract.I didn’t enter a Pac Code at checkout. When logging in I get the message in the title. How can I get to change settings to ID mobile in my plan?I want to share my pac code so I keep my old mobile number.ThanksAlex

Hello, I am having an issue where my mobile number is showing up as an old, defunct business name when I call or text people. Since this is a recycled number, it seems the previous business data is still attached to my line profile.Could you please:Check my account to ensure it is completely registered as a standard consumer/personal line, not a business line? Perform a network reset or profile refresh on my SIM card to clear any legacy data tags from the previous owner?"

Hi I have tried logging into the id mobile app and it says it does not recognise my mobile number even though I have ordered a phone

I cant log into my ID mobile account on the app or web browser. The password & email works but when i put in my phone number, date and date of bith etc it says "sorry your details do not match our records". i have tried using the live chat with agents and live chat both did not work. how do I access my account to review my plan if ID wont let me access any of it??

Login doesn't want to remember ID & PW details on my iPhone 17 - why not? They have to be laboriously remembered and typed in each time. Nearly all other apps do remember details on the keychain so ID Mobile is making life unnecessarily complicated! What is the point of having a Facial recognition Biometric after login when all it does is validate after the laborious Login is carried out? Please please can you help improve this - or am I doing something wrong in the iPhone setup?

I have 3 accounts for our family.  Can only see ONE won't let me open other two anymore.  I need to see accounts. Fed up

I have been using ID mobile for a few months and it seems to work fine however I am stuck trying To create an online account. I have tried to create an online account with my mobile number both on the website and the app and all it says is that the number is not recognise. I’m stuck because I need to create the online account to manage my  account. Please can you help me?

Why can't I get through menu system on 01392368351

Hello again, I'm still trying to log into my account and not getting very far. Customer support haven't been able to help me yet.I signed up to ID mobile 9 years ago. I never used the assigned number as I transferred my number from a previous provider to my ID mobile account. Now, I'm unable to sign into my account on the web or app as it says it does not recognise the number I have been using for the past 9 years and still continue to use with ID Mobile. It wants me to use the original number I was assigned but never used. How do I log into my account if they send a verification number to a mobile number I don't use? Or is there another way? I would really like to sign into the app to check bills, etc. Thanks

How do I change name on account? I bought a plan for my daughter but the is app is in my name - how do I change to her name?

I need my imei number, my phone is lost and the police can't fike my report without it and no where on your app or website can I find it

Just ordered received my new sim, I have set up an account and I am trying to set up my pac code switch. However, when trying to complete the log in it asks for my telephone number but of course it is not recognised because it is not with ID yet so I cannot progress into the account. I have entered the new ID mobile number but it then sends me a verification code which I can’t access. I have put the new sim into my phone but am not receiving the text message - I guess because I have not switched to ID yet... Can someone help please?

I was looking at the app to upgrade my plan, hit the back button and got blocked by cloud fare.

I need to change my address for my upgrade but it sends a verification code to my number which I can no longer access as the phone is broken
