Account closure
A good phrase for iD mobile is "What aload of Marlarkey" Just spent 40 minutes on the phone with 2 representatives explaining numerous times I wanted close my account. I ended the conversation saying how extortionate iD mobile is my contract ends 7July 2026 at a cost of £384.71, which includes the April increase, at the full term. Other companies I've been with O2 , Vodafone have in the past deducted 2 months from the term. But not iD , but also apply the annual increase I left saying that'll cancel my direct debit but now realise I'll have to fork out a lump , Ive set a reminder to cancel on the 7 July 26. I have deleted the esim. the app, so I'll have no messages, no access to the phone number. I half expected a email but no, that's the only method to contact me, I'll probably delete that in couple of months or maybe not. Please delete my details/data Bye Ken
