can't create portal/app account. says detaild don't match

New ID Sim, when I try to create the app account for it, it says details don't match. What do I do?

I am enterring the correct details, it still says the details don’t match.

Hi there ​@viewty, sorry to hear that. Have you tried a different email address at all?

 

Sometimes, it may be that the customer input the wrong DOB at checkout previously, so that may be why it’s not working potentially.
