i bought a new sim only contract but am still being charged for the old contract

My phone contract with ID has ended. How do I change to sim only

Hi I would like to cancel my current contract and move over to a sim only contract

I’m looking for advice on upgrading my phone. I have found a better deal for an upgrade to IPhone 18 although it’s still with ID mobile. Is it worth taking this deal and restarting with ID? can I access this deal as an existing ID customer?

i need help getting my currys £100 voucher that i should have recieved with my samsung s26 purchase. Kind regards  Ben

You still aint sorted mine yet ???  This is becoming a joke and i am veey disapointed with your sevice.

How has anyone else got around this? I renewed my contract for a Pixel 11 Pro XL. The promotion was for £300 on top of the trade-in price quoted. Anyway, I am ready to send the phone in and it says you need to use a specific form or you get the standard value. All good so far but when you click on the form in the email (I also used the link from the screenshot I took of the offer at the time) it asks you to select the promotion and they all relate to Samsung phones. So how am I meant to do the claim if I can't select the correct option? Is it a scam? The only options are 3 Samsung offers for £100.

I want to change my plan

I've recently upgraded to the Google pixel 11pro, which came with a pixel bundle including a case and charger. When I went to claim it said I needed to wait 14days before I could claim. I've now gone to claim and it says it's expired and only shows the ear pods as a promotion. What do I do now as I went for this deal as it had the promotional bundle that best suited me .Thanks

Is my device paid for?

I wish to upgrade from my sim only to a handset and sim deal. I want an iPhone 17 pro max or 18 pro max. What deals are available to me as an existing customer?

Hi, I have the iPhone 16 and it’s the worst phone I’ve ever had. I got it through ID and I’ve had it for a year. It randomly turns off, the camera quality is hot garbage and it will glitch horribly all the time it’s honestly worse than the iPhone 5c I had when I was 14. I want to get the iPhone 18 pro, but ID say I’m not eligible to switch yet. Is there any way around this if the phone is legit broken??

My phone is at the end of is life i cannot make outgoing calls I need to upgrade but I'm locked in a sim only contract.

Hi I’m looking to upgrade my sons phone for Xmas, hes due an upgrade but if I was to upgrade before Xmas - how would that work out keeping it a surprise? If the new contract phone comes will he automatically be switched over when it arrives or can I ask for it to wait until Xmas eve?

The Pixel 11 pro xl has an accessory bundle offer. i can get it if I upgrade and set up a new contract on the website but the upgrade section of the app doesn't have the offer eventhough it ends tomorrow. Please advise as I want to upgrade today.

I'm trying to use the blue light discount to get the 25gb for £6 monthly sim only plan, but the page repeatedly won't load. Please help
