I am trying to work out my typical monthly usage of call minutes and data (my iD Mobile plan has unlimited texts/SMS). I know I can get this information from my bills - however I can only download bills from the last 12 months from the iD website and the last year hasn’t been typical (for various reasons, one of which is that I’ve been completely unable to make or receive voice calls on my mobile for the last few months - an issue I’m still trying to get iD to resolve). Is there any way I can download historic usage (ideally right back to when I first started with iD Mobile), without having to go through all the GDPR rigmarole to request all my old bills? I don’t need to know the other information from the bills, just how many call minutes and how many MB of data I’ve used each month. Help please!

My wife and I have our iPads set to receive messages sent to our iPhones, not our iPads. So we cannot receive OTPs sent when we try to log in to our iPad ID Mobile accounts. We want to change our contracts. On line chat is useless. A letter I wrote ID Mobile Head Office in January remains unanswered. ID Mobile do not have a phone number. How can we progress this?

At the end of January, I upgraded my two ID Mobile accounts/numbers (via Mobiles.co.uk) and received 2 Currys gift cards as part of the promotion. I went to use these today and neither are working. I’ve checked through my emails and there was nothing for me to action in order to make these useable. I have contacted ID Mobile customer services, who said I should contact Currys. I have contacted Currys who said I should contact Mobiles.co.uk. Mobiles.co.uk have said they will "look into it", but they only took details for one of the two orders, despite both being affected. When I asked how they would keep me updated, I was told that I would need to check back myself. This does not give me confidence that the issue will be resolved, and it leaves me unsure whether both gift cards are being investigated.I would appreciate it if ID Mobile could take some responsibility for this and assist in ensuring this matter is properly addressed - especially considering this appears to

Hi I have a sim only plan and want to change the plan for more data but keep getting “opps something went wrong” when i select the new plan and then click accept/proceed. I have clear my cache tried using different browsers and different pc’s but all have the same result. Is thwere anyone in ID mobile support who can help

My contract is ending and I am trying to change my plan to a sim-only plan. In the app I have gone to the section to change my plan, selected a new sim-only plan but once I have accepted the T&Cs and I click on “Confirm change of Plan”. I get this error message:  Oops… something went wrong. Please try again.  I have tried this from my Mobile App and from a web browser on my PC, both result in the same error. The only last option left for me is to get a PAC code and go elsewhere.  Can you please help me with this? 

Has anyone that purchased a Samsung S25 with the £180 'cashback' ever received the payment? I got a notification everything was successful, but they aren't making any payment and being incredibly slow to respond. Does anyone know if Samsung don't provide payment, if there's any recourse with ID mobile? Many thanks

I am trying to upgrade my phone to a sim only deal, every time i go to checkout it asks me to provide an email through the app - but when i go back to the app it tells me there is already an email? I don’t know how to fix it and neeed to upgrade before the end of March 

When upgrading from a phone contract to sim only contract do you keep your existing number and sim Card or does iDmobile  send out a new sim?And if iDmobile sends out new a sim will it have the same existing number already on it to just put in phone and start straight away?

Hi,I had a PAYG account, it turns out that customer support told me I cannot add a monthly plan or contract to this account.I closed the PAYG account, ended the plan.I have a PAC and when I tried to sign up to a monthly plan I cannot port between the same network. Surely someone has been PAYG and moved to monthly?WTH?The site, the help, the chatbot and the live agents are useless. Anyone got any ideas on what I can do here?Thanks

Is there a separate plan for a smart watch

Hi I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and would like to stay with you but the upgrade offers are not competitive with starting as a new customer. I want would like to upgrade to the Google Pixel 10 pro xl 256gb and if I was a new customer it would be £9 upfront and £35.99 a month after unlimited data. This is less than what I am being offered as an upgrade. Can you match this? 

If I upgrade at the end of my contract to SIM only to save some money, will I automatically keep my number if it's ID to ID or will there still be a switching process?
