I purchased a new contract, with a new iD mobile number instead of an upgrade. What should I do?

If you've accidentally bought a new plan instead of upgrading, you'll need to return the new order. Here's a guide on how to do that:

 

 

Please note: You can't transfer your mobile number from one iD Mobile plan to another.
