I need to get my welcome email resent to a new email address as my old email account has been blocked by Microsoft for security reasons. Problem is it won’t let me back so this email address is now effectively dead. How do I get the welcome email resent to a new email address so I can access my transaction ID and switch my old number to this new contract?

Hi, I have moved from Lyca to ID mobile iPhone 15. Using PAC, requested for transfer of my number. Number was switched to ID but not receiving texts. They are going to previous Android RCS messaging. There’s no option in iPhone 15 to turn ON RCS messaging, which is a shame. Can someone help resolve this? Experience is disappointing.
how can I request ID Mobile to perform a routing reset on a number. My previous network has stated that this needs to be done as they have done everything from their side. I was changing two phones from SKY to ID mobile at the same time and they gave one PAC for both. Unfortunately something messed up and only one of the numbers got handled properly which has left one phone still on the new ID mobile number. Any help would be very much appreciated.

New to ID mobile, number from previous contract transferred yesterday (was with three) but now unable to connect to mobile services - although could before. Also in Denmark when the switch happened
My son has an ID mobile contract that he ported his number too only last month. He is now going to America for the summer and his contract doesn’t fiver roaming etc and charges are very high with no bolt ons available. I’m thinking we may be better getting him a suitable sim only deal that will include roaming. I currently have a sim only deal with Vodafone and I’m out of contract so is it anoption that he gets a new sim only deal and I port my number over to ID contract? Can you port again?
I just purchased an eSIM with iD and I am wanting to use my PAC in order to keep my number from my last provider

When I enter pac and transaction number it says the details are incorrect.
I am getting an Error message when submitting a PAC Code, All fields are filled correctly.Can someone help please?Thanks
I have started a new contract with ID mobile, switching over from O2. i got my welcome email form ID mobile and it included a new number even though I want to keep my old number. I used a pac code when i registered, so i wanted to verify that i will be keeping my old number
