I have activated a new eSIM on my iPad and it seems to be connecting OK but the phone number wasn’t updated  when I installed the eSIM.Is there a way to do that manually? I can’t set up an account in the ID Mobile app as the verification code is going to the number which is not associated with any device.  When I asked ID Mobile if I could buy the same plan for an iPad as a phone they said yes but updating the cellular number seems to be an issue. I can’t reuse the eSIM. QR code as it can only be used once. Any suggestions?

After trying to get a resolution for the last 5 weeks I am still waiting. My last two converstaions do seem to have given some insight to the issue. That being that I already had a plan that my son was using that appears to have ended literally days before I started a new plan for myself. Despite requesting ID Mobile to port my old number to my new plan they now say they somehow ported it to the plan my son uses. However his number never changed so not sure how that works then. They are now saying that my old number has been used and can not be used again, i.e. I have lost the number I have used for over 20 years that my clients, family and friends use.

I am a Canadian who plans to travel in England and the Channel Islands, and I would like to buy either a monthly or pay-as-you-go SIM-only plan (eSIM or physical SIM, I don’t care which). But even for pay-as-you-go, which shouldn’t require a credit check, the online checkout system requires me to provide a UK address, which I don’t have. Is there any way for me to join iD Mobile?

My number was supposed to be ported lat Friday(10th January).Since then I haven’t had any service from ID - no data, texts, phone.if I try to phone my number it says it’s an invalid number.I have raised this through Live Chat, however I still don’t have any service.. can someone help please.

So I have had ID mobile for a while and when I first joined I ported a number on to this sim. I no longer need this number so wanted to port in another number to this account but it won't let me do this online. Spoke to chat twice now and provided the PAC and given two ports dates and nothing has happened. What can I do go get this actually moved over?  Thanks

I tried to tranfer my old number to ID mobile. I entered my PAC and Transaction number but still got an error message, saying that there is an issue with the information provided.

My esim QR code has mistakenly been activated on my friends phone. How can i transfer it to my phone please?

I recently switched from Three to ID MOBILE and am so sorry that I did. Is really bad levels of service normal for ID Mobile?The ordering process went fine, i ordered the phone on a Thursday got an email saying it would be delivered on the Friday however the phone did not arrive. With the holidays decided t wait and the tracking did not update. On the Tuesday tried online chat with no success eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone to be told that phone was lost or stolen and they would have to start an investigation that would take a minimum of 7 working days. the next day the phone arrive, great i thought but that was only the start of my issues.The sim card sent didn’t work, tried online chat spoke to multiple people on the phone and nobody could help. Eventually got through to someone who said they thought that I had been sent the wrong sim card. They suggested travelling to a Currys store to get a blank one. I believe there's a bug on the ID mobile community... I have to keep resetting my password for the community despite my community account and actual ID mobile account use the same credentials. Main account continues to work, but I go to login to the community and get invalid username/password despite only resetting it a few days ago, to the exact same password I set 2 days ago, then I can login again

Ihave been woth you now nearly a month amd still dont havey esim card  and i tryed to switch and now i kept my pld number and it switched my phone is just saying emergency calls only

Had my ID sim a couple of days now, been trying to switch to my old number using a PAC code but keep getting the “Oops...something went wrong. Please try again.” error message, both on the website and in the app. Thought it might have something to do with the Cloudflare issues but its been a couple of days since then and I still can’t switch my number.

It’s not possible to register for an ID Mobile account online for a new customer because there’s a glitch in the ID Moblie website, which comes up with that annoying message ‘Oops something’s gone wrong’. Very irritating. Usual crap.
