Error message when trying to switch with PAC code

Had my ID sim a couple of days now, been trying to switch to my old number using a PAC code but keep getting the “Oops...something went wrong. Please try again.” error message, both on the website and in the app.

 

Thought it might have something to do with the Cloudflare issues but its been a couple of days since then and I still can’t switch my number.

Hi, I'm having the same issues. I entered my PAC when purchasing the new contract but I can't remember what date I asked for it to transfer to my old mobile number. I received my new mobile yesterday so wondering if I can switch over now?
