Esim replaced but I can not make or receive calls or messages. Internet works ok

Hello,just moved to ID and all gone smoothly. But I am a little anxious about roaming.  there’s a lot of threads where roaming didn’t quite work for users even if they “enabled roaming” on their phone and in their ID account.  my iPhone (iPhone 16 pro max) doesn’t have the ability on ID to enter APN settings. I’ve done this with previous providers to ensure roaming was set up.  I’ve deleted network settings but this still doesn’t give me an APN menu. it may be that times and capability have changed and if your phone is working for calls, FaceTime, I mobile data, OTP etc that you are all good. anyone else in the position where they can’t access the APN menu but roaming has been ok for them? thank you

I have only been on n France three days but my data has run out. I cannot understand it. I don’t use 30gb in a month in the uk ?

Why has my bill increased so much?? 

I have recently moved to New Zealand for 6 months. In an attempt to keep my UK phone number I chose to continue to pay my monthly fee while away. While I am here, I got an eSIM with a New Zealand number. This set up went well and in the Setting>Network and Internet>SIMs section I could see my two SIMs both active. Then I set the New Zealand SIM to be the primary for calls, texts, and data. While doing so, I accidentally flicked the toggle switch on my UK ID provided SIM to the off position. Rather than being available to switch back on, it completely disappeared from the list. I have attempted to take the physical SIM out, reboot the phone, and then reboot again with it back in place however this changed nothing. For context this is on a Google Pixel 9 which can handle multiple SIMs. Any assistance would be appreciated. 

Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited)  Thank you 

I've had to request a change of my number because of harrassment. I've been on live chat to ID mobile and quoted the police incident number. How long will it take for the new number to be active ? 

Calling using Wifi is not working in my work place . I tested network settings, changed SIM card , changed phone from iPhone 15 to 17 pro and still not working ,but only in work place . I contacted IT service at work , they did some test and didn’t find any blockage. WiFi Service signal is fine . I can’t call anyone, when I try to call nothing goes through but on the other side the person receives a  phone call from me but answering they can’t  hear me  and they are unable to call me .But I am receiving text messages . I even went to Apple Store , they did some tests , all is good. Any ideas ? It’s frustrating, I have kids in school, and school is unable to contact me if they need to .

I seem to be unable to receive calls from other networks.

They get you in with low prices just to provide you with possibly the worst internet I’ve ever had on a phone since I had the original iPhone. It’s ridiculously slow and it’s actually taking the mick now. I switched from 02, having fallen for their trap that they use Three, and it’s the fastest coverage etc etc, only to realise I’ve been played and I’m now tied into a 24 month long contract with a hardly usable phone whilst my girlfriend sits next to me with lightning fast connection. Meanwhile, there isn’t a single person I can contact from ID to help me as they don’t provide any support service to save even more money and hope you just forget about it. It’s a JOKE. I’ll be plastering this everywhere on all socials and making sure this goes to the very top of curry’s. This is illegal. 

I have changed paydays and I need to change my payment date for bill as I get cut off every month. I should have seen this coming when they screwed up at the start of my contract 

Hi,I had the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue back in November 2025. It was 'repaired' at my local EE store but the issue has now returned. I plan on taling it back in again, but was wondering if i can just get it replaced for a different pixel phone as i suspect the issue will return again. Hi I would like to see if it is possible to put all my services back on. I had an unexpected emergency this month and had a death in the family unfortunately so could I have my services out back on if I promise to pay double on the 30th of January. I’d also like to change my payment date to this date 

I upgraded handset on the 02/01/2026 with the delivery due date being the 05/01/2026, DPD never came, wasn’t given my 1 hour slot, so rescheduled for the next day, same thing happened, so I rescheduled again and so on up until the 14th, I then contacted ID saying my parcel tracking is stuck, its never out for delivery please help, they had told me the handset had been return to Curry’s for some reason and they’re sending it to back office to investigate, so I wait the 48 hours or so they told me before I should contact them for an update, this was 17/01/2026, they told me that they are going to get Curry’s to send it back out on Monday 19/01/2026, that I will receive new tracking and I had been credited £10 for delays, bare in mind that I haven’t seen my handset for over half of the month and the £10 awarded credit doesn’t even cover a quarter of the bill, so here I am on current day (Wednesday 21/01/2026) with no email telling me that Curry’s have dispatched the order so I got in touc

Hi all. I closed all 3 of my id mobile accounts in september, and settled all of them in full. Since september on a monthly basis id mobile have been issuing non payment reports on my credit file for £1 even though all my accounts are settled. Has anyone else had the same issue? Ive raised it as a complaint but as yet have not heard back. Not sure how to resolve this. Thanks all.
