I want to change my number but keep the plan the same. If that is possible how may I do it. Please tell me. Thank you

Every time I make a call or receive a call some noise occurs like a screeching or whining sound. I am having troubles with this and please can this be resolved, if I need a new sim or I would like to cancel my contract as this has been going on from the moment I have joined id mobile. I have not had this issue before.  I tried a family members SIM card so it’s not the phone, I’ve tried resetting and airplane mode etc. tried a full restart.  not sure what else I can do? 

I mistakenly bought an add-on for a trip that is supposed to take place next week. Is there any way to pause the add-on for now until I go on the trip, and unpause it to use when I need it?

I have recently moved from EE to ID mobile and seem to be having issues receiving verification texts. I spoke with someover over live chat and did all the things they recommend with no luck. I am at a loss now, having tried everything, and really need access to these apps as it’s for banking. Has anyone had this issue and how was it resolved? Any help appreciated as I don’t seem to be able to speak to a person over the phone. Not a great first impression for ID Mobile. 

Hello.    I noticed I forgot to pay my son’s bill for a few months and it got disconnected. I have paid the bill. Will his sim be re-enabled?

mobile network can be connected only when phone conected to wi-fi, csn't call if there no data conection.

Hi I am currently abroad and my flight is delayed it will not allow me to pay my bill- please can I postpone to next week

Good evening, I have just received my bill through for June and I have a query on this. I bought add ons as we were away in America and I ensured there was no overlap. Therefore I got an add on for 20th May to 30th May then again 30th May until 4th June. I’m unsure why I have a bill for 30th May when I bought another.  If you could please look into it would be appreciated Chloe

Cancelled my direct debit due to problem will bill, need someone to contact me and resolve this. Find quite shocking there seems to be no number to call to resolve this.

From around 1pm today I have had no service, strangely I have 3 bars of signal, I have tried the usual things like, cleaning sim card, forcing network search from airplane mode, nothing seems to be working. Can anyone help please?

I’m going to New Zealand for 18 days. I was thinking about purchasing the roam beyond package. Can I just start it once I arrive in Nee Zealand at the airport and then will it be ok to buy another package (as they only last 10 days) again once the first package has finished, again in New Zealand while I am out there. I take it if I set my bill limit to 0 I can’t be charged any accidental charges? Is there anyway of making local phone calls that won’t cost an arm and a leg. I know I can use WhatsApp etc but I mean normal phone calls. 

When is my plan expiring?

The iD Mobile SIM had working mobile data on the temporary number. After the Vodafone number was ported over today, calls and texts work but mobile data no longer works despite showing 4G.
