I changed jobs a few months ago and now work in the GU35 postcode area on an industrial estate. There is almost no mobile phone signal (on any network). With the merger of Vodafone, Three and iD, any chance that things will improve in my lifetime - and ideally within the next few weeks? It’s pretty poor that in an area picked for housing expansion with new houses going uo all over the place, there is almost no signal for a mile or so. Someone at work mentioned the presence nearby of an aerial testing site which may mean that no mobile phobne signals are allowed…. is this true? WIsh I had known this before accepting the job offer…..
My wife and I are both on the £5 per month package. Suddenly over the past weekend she got a load of text messages warning her she was approaching her credit limit. SHe was at home for all but 1 hour or less of this, and we have wifi at home which the phones are normally connected to. The account now whows a balance of just inder £80. Why has this happened and has her account or SIM been hacked? Unable to see any details of the current month’s charges yet, probably have to wait until the billing date. Seems you cannot call anyone to query this and by the time I get home from work it’s too late to livechat and she doesn’t have the confidence to attempt livechat herself. What do we do?
My network is crap csnt get network at home or even at work definitely leave ID after my contract ends I've left my other network for same reason paying for something cant even use

Had barely any service for days now. Works temporarily, and only very slowly. Life has become painfully tedious because I use my phone to tether my TV and PS5 and I’m unable to right now. You’ve consigned me to the misery of terrestrial TV :(
Why can’t I get a response from ID Mobile? I’m experiencing terrible network reception both on data and calls. I’ve put a post up here already and only got one pitiful response asking if it was 4g or 5g!!! It’s all the G’s! Calls are constantly dropping out. Data is non existent anywhere in the country. And customer service doesn’t exist. I guess my only avenue now is to leave negative reviews and contact OFCOM. What a terrible company

I’ve changed my plan (sim card) from 1GB to 12GB with unlimited calls & texts.According to iD the new plan was due to kick in yesterday, instead the old plan carried on.iD have emailed thanking me for refreshing my plan, the new plan is registered on my iD account but it is is not activated on my phone. I’ve done all the usual things like switching my phone off and on but no change.I’ve tried chatbox a couple of times and nearly lost the will to live as it just kept asking me to express what I was asking differently.A 2 minute conversation with a human might sort out the problem but that perhaps that is an ask too far.Any help /other suggestions would be very welcome.Many thx

So I'm now able to upgrade my phone and plan. But if I choose the upgrade via my account it's showing it'll be upfront £9 and £26 pm, whereas i can get the same phone and deal for £19.99 pm no upfront cost!? Still with ID but have to go through the hassle of cancelling and getting PAC no etc. Why is there such a difference?
Hi,When passing through the area around Ock Street in Abingdon (example postcode in the middle of the area = OX14 5DH) either in a vehicle or on foot, the 4G signal displays 1-bar at best and my mobile phone barely connects to apps such as WhatsApp and Pokemon Go. However, the 4G network connection checker (see image below) indicates that the signal is “excellent” both indoors and outdoors, which is blatantly not the case. I originally had this problem with an iPhone SE 2020 and it continues with an iPhone 12 Pro. I first noticed it in March 2024.There is no 5G coverage in this area (see image below), although 5G coverage is available very close by. Is it possible to report this substandard 4G coverage to 3, or are they channelling all their efforts into rolling out 5G rather than improving 4G coverage?Many Thanks,PWL

I can't redeem an offer sent to me via email. The offer was for Apple Music and Apple Arcade free for up to 3 months and when clicking the Redeem button it errors out saying “UID Missing or Incorrect”. Is there a way to fix this issue?
