for over a week now there has been no signal (inside or outdoors) in Penarth. There was reported maintenance at the start of last week for the area which killled the signal for 3 days but now its showing that the work has been done but there is no signal at all. how do i go about reporting this? as its unacceptable that the system should be down for this long. I can at most get a 1 bar signal extremely briefly for a few seconds and then its gone thus turning my phone and wifi hub (from 3) into some rather expensive paper weights.

I've been trying to receive proof of purchase and proof of usage since Friday. I've already contacted them three times via chat, emailed them, and they keep telling me to wait 24 or 48 hours.

I bought a handset from ID 2 years ago and the payments were coming to an end January 2026. So I cancelled the direct debit thinking I only had that last payment to make. Made the payment and then cancelled. Received an email saying I still owe them £14.97. If the payment is not made.. Off to debt collectors the £14.97 goes.As is it was just a phone there is no app to make the payments. No one on live chat will help and there is no phone number I can ring to speak to someone. I have reinstated the direct debit with my bank and now I just need someone from ID to take the payment.What in the name of god is this company. Not a single human in site.The direct debit is set up and ready to go. How do I make ID take the money ??

I have an e-sim and after the most recent app update the app is no longer working.  It opens and I can't access any of the functions and my number is  faded.  I have followed  the steps in other posts, clear network settings, deleted and restored the app etc.

Hello, I have been trying to order two new SIM cards for my sons. I have ordered two separately and both have been rejected supposedly because I failed the credit check. I would have no reason to fail a credit check. I had a conversation with an online agent who said that he would help me but after our chat I received an email to say that both of the Sims he helped me to set up were rejected.I really don't want to go to another provider as it's easier to keep everything in one place. I already have two SIM only contracts with IDHow can I sort this?

Hello, I recently received my new ID sim. I wanted to keep my old number from GiffGaff however every time I go onto the app or use the weblink the app either crashes and goes back to my phones menus or the calendar date to select what date o want the switch from is unelectable. Please, please can someone help me. I have the PAC code and a to action code etc. I have even tried it on incognito on the browser and that doesn’t work.

I ordered the Google pixel 10 through upgrade last night  because my contract on my other phone is nearly up soon ,I've not had a confirmation come through yet my email to say when my new phone is been delivered I've not heard nothing yet ,I need to know if the order has gone through for my new phone ? 

 Issue with my bill it’s more than is should be 

I have a PAC number and have followed all instructionsyour app crashes after submitting your number you wish to keep and your pacyour website doesn’t crash but when presented with the date tool to choose a day to switch it does not allow you to select a date seen many other users reporting same problem but the response from yourselves had always been “I will send a private message”please can you advise on the solution   

I entered my PAC from my previous carrier code when ordering my new sim from ID.I have now installed the sim and activated my account.  At some point it said that if I had given my PAC code during the ordering process number transfer would take place “on the requested data”.  However I do not think I was ever asked for a transfer date.  Am I able to check that the transfer is in hand and when to expect it to be completed?

I was struggling to login not realising id mobile details are separate id community.I have had an unexpected issue financially due to motorbike breaking down which has knocked me back financially this month. I have received a new sim but no number so unable to set it up

I am trying to add an eSim account to my online account to manage it but it does not let me.  The phone the eSim is registered on has died so when it send the two part authorisation I cannot access it.  How do I get is set up on my account so that I can manage it?

Absolute rubbish signals on this network. Both me and my wife changed to this network thinking it was a better deal. But paying for a service that in the main drops out when we’re at home is very expensive. Does anyone else have similar issues? I ask the question thinking I already know the answer.

I want to convert my physical sim to an E-sim.

Since I have left EE and switched to ID mobile,  my signal is terrible,  calls cut off randomly and I can't make a call without someone saying I am constantly breaking up. Also voLTE will not work with my samsung A56 

RCS chat still showing ID mobile number instead of transferred number. I have so far done all the suggestions listed and it is still showing the ID mobile number. HELP!

I can't use my data at all and can't make any calls , even though im paying £26.71 per months . I need to leave this contact ASAP.
