When receiving and making calls the other person can't hear me but I can hear them

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear you experienced this during your call.

If you were able to hear the other person clearly but they could not hear you, this can sometimes be caused by a temporary network connection issue, your device microphone settings, or even an issue on the other person’s line or handset.

As a first step, we’d recommend trying a network reset on your device, as this can often resolve calling issues like this. You can also try:

• Restarting your phone
• Turning Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then back off
• Checking whether the issue happens on all calls or just with one specific number
• Doing a network reset

If the problem only occurred with one caller, it is possible the issue may have been on their side rather than with your connection, so we would recommend calling another person to see if the issue persists.
