How do I get started and make the most of my iD Mobile plan?

Welcome to iD Mobile! Here are a few tips to get the most out of your new plan. Check out our quick video guide on getting started, or read the steps below:

 

 

Download the iD Mobile app.

 

The iD Mobile app is the quickest way to manage your plan. You can check your usage, set bill caps, manage add-ons, and adjust your plan whenever you need to.

Get the app:

How to register:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or visit my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Get started.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Next.
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. Enter your first and last name, then create a password. Tap Create.
  6. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the app.
  7. Follow the prompts to enable Face ID/Biometrics and Notifications if you want to.
  8. You're all set!

Switch to iD Mobile.

 

Please note: If you already gave us your PAC or STAC code when you bought your plan, you don't need to do anything else. We're already processing your switch.

 

In most cases, you can request a PAC or STAC from your old network via text, free of charge.

  • Keep your number: Text PAC to 65075.
  • Get a new number: Text STAC to 75075.

Your PAC or STAC will be sent immediately and is valid for 30 days. If you have more than one mobile number on your account, you’ll need to contact your old network directly.

Got your PAC or STAC? Great! Click here to start your switch.

You'll need your 9-digit transaction number. It starts with a 4 and can be found on your:

  • 'Thank you for your purchase' email.
  • 'Order Complete' email.
  • 'Welcome to iD' email (at the bottom).
  • Paper invoice.

Once you submit the online form, we’ll complete the switch on your chosen date.

Find out more about your bill.

 

Your first bill arrives the day after you join iD Mobile. (e.g. If you joined on the 1st, your first bill would be on the 2nd of the month). Payment is always taken 14 days after the bill date.

You can view your bills anytime in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk.

View or update your Customer Services PIN.

 

Your Customer Service PIN helps us identify you quickly if you contact us. You can view or update it easily in the iD Mobile app. Here’s how:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap View your plans.
  3. Tap the green pencil icon next to the plan you want to edit.
  4. Scroll to Customer service PIN and tap the green pencil icon again.
  5. Enter your new PIN and tap Save.
