Welcome to iD Mobile! Here are a few tips to get the most out of your new plan. First, check out our quick video guide on getting started. If you need any further information, you can find more detailed steps below this video:

Download the iD Mobile app.

The iD Mobile app is the quickest and easiest way to manage your plan! Get real-time usage updates, stay in control by capping extra charges and easily manage add-ons, extras, and plan adjustments whenever you need to, all in one place.

If you’re an Android user, you can download the app from the Google Play Store. For iOS (Apple) users, you can download the app from the App store. If you're using any other device, including Huawei users without access to the Google Play Store, simply register online here. Here’s how to register for the iD Mobile app:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or visit my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap 'Get started'.
  3. Enter the email address you'd like to use to register for the iD Mobile app. Tap 'Next'.
  4. Tap 'Continue'.
  5. Enter your first name & last name. Set a password for the iD Mobile app. Tap 'Create'.
  6. You'll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code into the iD Mobile app.
  7. You can enable biometrics to log in to the iD Mobile app – just tap 'Enable Face ID'.
  8. You can enable notifications from the iD Mobile app – just tap 'Enable notifications'.
  9. Boom – you've registered!

Switch to iD Mobile.

Please note: If you’ve already submitted your PAC or STAC when you purchased your plan, there's no need to resubmit your request. Your switch will take place on the date you specified.

In most cases, you can request a PAC or STAC from your old network via text, free of charge. Using your old SIM, text PAC to 65075 or STAC to 75075. Your PAC or STAC will be sent immediately and is valid for 30 days.

If you have more than one mobile number on your account, you’ll need to contact your old network directly

Got your PAC or STAC? Great! Click here to start your switch. You’ll also need your 9-digit transaction number. This can be found in your ‘Thank you for your recent purchase’ email, your ‘Order Complete’ email, or on your paper invoice. It can also be found at the bottom of your ‘Welcome to iD’ email.

Please note: Your Transaction Number starts with 4.

Once you submit the online form, we’ll complete the switch on your chosen date. Want to learn more about switching? Check out the Community articles below for more helpful information:

Find out more about your bill.

You’ll get your first bill the day after you joined iD Mobile. So if you joined on the 1st of the month, your first bill would be on the 2nd of the month. Payment is always due 14 days after the 'bill date' on your invoice. You can view your current and previous bills anytime in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk.

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in tomy.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap ‘View your plans’.
  3. Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
  4. Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Customer service PIN’ section.
