I topped up, but it is not showing in my account

How the title suggests I topped up my account today £15 for 20 gig of data and unlimited texting minutes and it’s not working. I can’t see it on my ID account but the money has come out of my bank. I’ve checked my bank statement and I can see the money come out of my bank, but it’s still not showing on my ID account please sort it

Hey there ​@Josh Cawood, sorry to hear that. Have you tried logging out and back in, and also logging in via both the app and website?

 

Has the payment officially left your bank account?

Hello now two payments have been taken out of my account. I tried again after it was confirmed that the payment never went through and then now it’s gone out twice on my account so can I have a refund? Please
