Getting access to account Afternoon, all I am feeling very frustrated with iDMobile … I have had an account with iDMobile for a number of years now. About 2 years ago, I needed to set my daughter up with an account. I was not able to add a new account at the time to my existing account. So I needed to create a whole new account, using a different email address, to do this. Now (Feb 2025) I am able to access my orioiganl account, but I cannot get into the account that I set up for my daughter. I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible. I am also tryign to upgrade my daughter’s account, so that she has some more data each month. Incredibly frustrating !! Thank you in anticipation, for your help Simon May
