I need my imei number, my phone is lost and the police can't fike my report without it and no where on your app or website can I find it

Hi I contacted you yesterday to request cancellation of PAC transfer today, but was told it's locked. Just a last ditch attempt to see if PAC transfer can be cancelled today before it goes through?

I switch to id mobile in August and moved my number over with a PAC code. When people receive texts from me it comes up with a different number (i think the number thag came with the new sim) but I can receive texts/calls to my old number that im still using.

I have a id mobile phone in my name (which is my childs) i have moved from o2 today but it has transferred my old number onto his sim (his number has gone) i am now left with a new number How can i get my sons number back

I can't seem to get my new contract plan on the IDmobile app. I bought a new phone and a new contract a few days ago and it also seems to have a different number to my phone number.

my phone started saying i have no sim at the top and i’m not logged into the id mobile app and it’s impossible to do anything since i don’t have the original id mobile number they gave me since i switched it straight away. i can’t access my account anyway and don’t know what to do to use the new sim card curry’s gave me and keep my phone number i have right now

My email is wrong how can I correct it

I’m hoping an iD Mobile staff member can help me check something with my account.I previously had a 1-month plan which has now ended. I have also since taken out a monthly plan for £8 per month, which I am still using and paying for normally. However, I have recently received a payment email from iD Mobile, and the phone number mentioned in the email is not my phone number.I’m therefore concerned that there may be a system or account-linking error, and that my email address may have been incorrectly associated with another customer's phone number/account.Could you please check whether this is a billing/system error and confirm whether the payment request is actually related to my account?I have not made any payment for this additional charge because I want to confirm the details first.I can provide my account details via private message if required.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Thanks.

I need to change my name
