Harassment & Nuisance Calls
If you need to change your number because you are receiving nuisance calls or suffering from harassment, we will change it for free. You will just need to provide a crime reference number from the police.
Switching your number to iD Mobile?
If you have just joined iD Mobile and want to keep your number from your previous network, you don't need to change your number, you need to switch it.
