Your Customer Service PIN makes it even easier to speak to our Live Chat agents. To view your Customer Service PIN in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk, you can:

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘Plan’.
- Scroll down.
- Tap ‘Customer service PIN’.
- You can now view your Customer Service PIN.

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘View your plans’.
- Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
- Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Customer service PIN’ section.
- Enter and confirm your new Customer Services PIN. Once you’re happy, tap ‘Save’.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk, simply contact us to update your Customer Service PIN.
