How to update your Customer Service PIN in the iD Mobile app.
Your Customer Service PIN makes it even easier to speak to our Live Chat agents. To update your Customer Service PIN in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘View your plans’.
- Tap the green pencil for the plan you’d like to edit.
- Tap on the green pencil in the ‘Customer service PIN’ section.
- Enter and confirm your new Customer Services PIN. Once you’re happy, tap ‘Save’.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, simply contact us to update your Customer Service PIN.
