Here's how to view and update your Customer Services PIN in the iD Mobile app. If you haven't registered yet, check out this Community article to get started.

Your Customer Service PIN helps us identify you quickly when you speak to our Live Chat agents. Here's how to find it:

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
2. Tap Plan.

3. Scroll down.

4. Tap Customer service PIN.

5. Your PIN will be displayed on the screen.

Want to change your PIN to something more memorable? Follow these steps:

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
2. Tap View your plans.

3. Tap the green pencil icon for the plan you’d like to edit.

4. Tap the green pencil icon in the Customer service PIN section.

5. Enter your new PIN, confirm it, and tap Save.

6. We'll text you an 8-digit security code. Enter this code into the app.

7. Tap Done.

If you can't log in to the app or website, simply contact us and we'll help you update your PIN.
