I ordered a new phone fron carphone warehouse, the first one was "involved in an incident" so they sent a replacement out. In between this ID set-up my DD with what I assume is the number for the original phone sent, the SIM i received has a different number. What happens now because I won't be receiving the SIM that they are billing me for.
Is it possible to transfer a number from Three mobile to ID even though the ID contract has been running for over a year?
My phone rings and callers are not directed to Voicemail but receive a message "that does not appear to be a valid number" I think this started after I reduced the ring time, but unsure. I have reset my network, no change. I am not a new user, and it used to work. Any ideas kind people? (Chatbots couldn't cope with the question)
I have literally arrived in Morocco, turned my phone back on whilst sitting on the plane and have received a message to say I’m being charged £46 as used up my allowance. How can this be when I’ve literally just turned my phone on???

My phone service has recently stopped working properly. It will be fine one minute and the next it’s completely gone for up to 45 mins at a time. The issue isn’t the area I’m in as it happens constantly throughout the day no matter where I am. How do I fix this?
Hi. I’m out of contract with ID Mobile. I’m looking to take advantage of a deal via Money Savings Expert for a new iPhone and 24mnth deal. The best deal is with ID Mobile. I’ve no problem with this as I’ve been very happy with the service these past 3 years. However, I must retain my existing number. I might be mistaken, but I recall that one cannot “port” an existing number within the same provider unless it's an upgrade through the provider? Is that correct? Or can I progress with a new deal with ID Mobile via MSE links and retain my existing number? Thanks in advance.
I have a pay monthly sim (to test coverage) and decided to purchase a new phone from third party using id. I note from the community that id response is “Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to transfer a number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another.” and that a triangle process needs to take place with another provider, that will take several days, What a nonsense! Please can someone contact me?
So, have a Pixel 7, fully updated. I receive calls from private numbers (for hospital appointment) however the calls aren't ringing through and are blocked by the phone. I have tried toggling on and off the block numbers in the phone settings, but that's not changed anything. I have also cleared the cache and data from play services and still no change Does anyone have any other ideas?
How can I contact with ID mobile helpline
I went through the upgrade process yesterday to increase my plan, as I have done before, but I have just received an email with a new account number and new mobile number. It seems the upgrade has created a new account.
In Spain. Roaming usually works OK here. Samsung M31. My wife has the same phone also on ID hers works perfectly. When on Movistar can't make/receive calls or texts. Sometimes it goes automatically to Vodafone ES and works. (Not an ID partner). Phone WILL NOT go to manual network select Have spent more than two hours with chat agents. They all keep telling me to change manually to Yoigo. Phone will not change from automatic to manual.Yesterday Agent Maurice dumped my chat after 90 minutes. I also think that the agents are helping several.clients at the same time. Anybody got any ideas please? It seems the agents Can't help. Thanks.
Sometimes people can’t get hold of me and I can make out going calls? They say that my phone rings and rings but I never have any missed calls or it doesn’t ring at all! MY sister and her partner have the exact same issue and they are in ID. I’ve checked all the setting, rebooting etc and it’s still happening.
So tonight, I upgraded the phone software and eversince my phone just says emergency calls only. Any ideas as to why and how to resolve. Many thanks Danny

I've had to make some medical calls abroad (USA) and have hit the £50 cap. I'm unable to make any further calls, which may be urgent and I'm unable to remove that cap. How can I enable the ability to make further calls if required?
Sent two text messages to different people both received my message but did not know who I was due to the number received not being my ported number. However, both people receiving my message had different numbers!
I set up a number switch from my old network to yours, but the wrong date was preselected and I didn’t notice and now I’ll be without a sim on an important day :/ how do I change the date I selected.
Despite receiving messages from ID mobile claiming to attempt helping me with my Gift Card. I’m still at a standstill. No response from Curry's store, since they were sent an email from Rob last Friday in store concerning Gift Card activation. Will somebody please offer support. No point giving a customer a Gift Card that’s not been activated. it appears other people experiencing same problem.
I have tried a few times to set a new password for the app but when I get the 6 digit code and enter it nothing happens

I have been frauded with a SIM card. I keep getting charged monthly for a SIM card but I have no idea what the number is or the name on the account so i can’t cancel it. There is also no phone number to call anyone can anyone help?
My Wi Fi will not auto join to know networks as it always use to on EE, any ideas
