I don’t understand when my plan amount is £7.00 per month, why for my second month the aount is £8.20 due for collection on February 10th. I see the March amount has reverted to £7.00?

I cannot recieve texts to verify my credit card app. I tried resetting my network mobile provider sittings in Android. Please help quickly.

The eSIM I received a few weeks ago has stopped working in my iPhone SE. I can’t make or receive calls on it. I pay monthly for this service and it just doesn’t work. Is there a customer service person I can ring to help? 

I've been using a esim abroad and now that I'm back I can't see my ID sim as an option in my network. Tried restarting, turning on airplane mode etc but still no network coverage 

I have a ID Mobile Sim and PAYG account on my Pixel phone. It currently has nearly £20 in credit. I can send and receive text messages fine  I can get notifications and browse the internet at a decent speed.  I can receive phone calls from my landline and my other mobile phone Yet, when I try to call out to another mobile phone or my landline, everytime I immediately get:- 'You Are Currently Unable To Make Calls, As You Are Out Of Calling Credit'  Searched around, but can’t find anything. Any advice would be appreciated?  

Is anyone else suddenly suffering from really slow internet and poor signal coverage?  I’m in Canterbury and for the last 4 or 5 days, it’s suddenly very slow, frequently won’t load pages or stops mid way through videos, wifi-calling won’t connect….it has been fine for months but the coverage checker on both ID mobile and 3 mobile says it’s fine.

I have had no coverage in my home for two months on my phone or my wives. Leaving ID mobile seems impossible to get any customer services 

I had a phone call from Id moblie saying my sim card going to be locked as I running off 4g network and saying that need 5g network and I got samsung a12 

Apple will not let me access my phone as my son has changed the Password.As he has passed away, I am unable to access the phone.How can I get the serial number of my iPhone  from ID mobile ?It cannot be found on the outside of the mobile or in the SIM space itself.Any help would be appreciated.

I keep getting text messages from a company called CRS saying I have a debt owed via ID mobile in regards to a Samsung J6 Plus Grey. I have never had this type of phone. Can someone please contact me regarding this

Hi I’m after a Pac code they keep telling me they have emailed me this code and tell me it will take 30 minutes for the email to arrive. I’ve been waiting and still no email four days and phoned up many a time. With the same scenario happening each time, I have called and emailed numerous times. Don’t know what to do anymore can anyone help me? Maybe I can get an employee that knows what to do much appreciated Hillary?

What can I do if I've had my phone for 11 months now and I just think it's terrible. I record videos in very loud environments (stage) and the quality is appalling. 😭Can I upgrade a year early???

Why I can’t receive WhatsApp code in my new mobile very frustrating from a week very disappointed 

Had my ID sim a couple of days now, been trying to switch to my old number using a PAC code but keep getting the “Oops...something went wrong. Please try again.” error message, both on the website and in the app. Thought it might have something to do with the Cloudflare issues but its been a couple of days since then and I still can’t switch my number.

Been with ID 2 years paying £42 ISH pcm.I am now looking to process my upgrade to iPhone which is £38 pcm and £0 upfront. I.D states it never asks for money if £0 upfront charge, yet I am being asked for bank details to pay a 0.01p charge for a free upgrade.  Is this legit?And why are they doing more credit checks when I am paying £3 less than staying on I D contract I am on now? 

I am trying to keep my old number and am getting oops something went wrong message  I don't know what's wrong as it doesnt say and keep going round in circles 

Me and my wife recently brough 2 contracts from ID. one for an Iphone 16 and one for an Iphone 17. Today we received both phones. I found it odd that both orders where wrong even though they where separate. The phone looked fake straight out of the box. It seemed off. When I turned them both on and searched the files I discovered that the Iphones where androids and not real! They have fake software installed etc. Fake functions the lot!  Do not trust ID at all! In 2 minds on weather the police can do anything about it!

Ordered iPhone 15. DPD sent to wrong delivery hub and failed to deliver on the 28th January. Spoke to customer service live chat who advised me they would raise a complaint, and ask DPD to raise a search for parcel enquiry.  On the 29th January DPD successfully delivered my order.   Phone was working fine until 3 hours ago when it lost all signal I contacted live chat who advised me the phone was blacklisted due to this issue.  Live chat advised me that they have removed the blacklist and it should be normal within an hour and need to turn my phone off and on.  it’s been 2 hours and still the phone is not working and when I put phone IMIE number on blacklist website it still shows,  can someone help
