Have recently switched to ID and must say I'm not impressed with being unable to make/receive calls and get online at home unless connected to WiFi.Had a replacement sim sent out today , but still having the same issue.Even when I'm away from home it's hit and miss if I can call/browser. Has anyone else had same issues? It's a bit frustrating 😑
My new contract says im on 10gb per month.my account is saying i have 109.8gb/10gb.what does this mean?thanks
I am currently looking into upgrading and I have an idea what I want but was just looking through my options when I noticed that on contracts offered for each handset there are 2 exactly the same except they cost £50 more upfront for example one was £47.99 a month, £49 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/minutes, just under that option was one for £47.99 a month but £99 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/mins on the same exact device with the same memory and colour and everything, why would you pay £50 more for the exact same thing?

It’s just becoming a bit of a joke now, at the point now where I cannot make a phone call all day due to the lack of service from ID mobile. No sound at all for outgoing calls, we have three contracts with ID mobile in the house and all three of them have been having this issue for months now and we are getting nowhere with trying to sort it. some days we aren’t even receiving incoming calls, no notification of a missed call either
I have just got a sim to go into a mobile modem to work from my caravan. Has anybody else done this and how can I use the app when its has to send a sms message to number but I'm not using i a phone
Ive been with iD mobile 8 days. Have completed all checks including trying sim.in different phone, getting replacement sim, visiting currys tech dept. Ive had a lot of chat bot interactions with iD Mobile and last one they wanted two mobile numbers I had called with postal codes & time of calling - promised me tech dept would be in touch in 24-48 hrs. I can see this is a common complaint with iD Mobile. It should not be this hard.As an elderly person I rely on my phone and also gps in london. I wanted to give iD Mobile chance to fix this but am losing confidence. Plus they still want to charge me £12+ for first month even though Ive had no service. Does this inability to call or receive calls ever get fixed??

Good day! I’ve tried to buy a phone with a SIM contract. I’ve passed all checks, provided card details, bank account, etc., and then came to the final page, but nothing happened. I’ve received the agreement, but no confirmation email, and the amount wasn’t deducted from my account. The page reloaded and showed an empty basket. I’ve repeated my purchase from scratch, and the same result occurred. What should I expect now? Will my account be deducted twice, and/or will I receive a letter?
I have really poor signal at work and regularly miss calls or have such poor reception the caller is unable to hear me if it does ring. I'm trying to report the poor signal but going in circles on this website. Having missed two really important calls from my child's school when she was taken ill, this is no longer a small inconvenience. I'm now so frustrated I just want to leave ID Mobile. There's reference to 'Contact Us' but seemingly no way of actually doing this. Any advice please?
Hi. I've been with idMobile for months and successfully using voicemail but today I am unable to access it. If I phone the voicemail number it says it's calling but doesn't connect. I have tried 123, holding down 1 to connect and the actual voicemail number and it's not connecting. All my settings appear to be fine. The idMobile app also doesn't appear to be working. Any ideas anyone?

We need to upgrade one of our phones. We have 2 phones on different accounts. The one that needs an upgrade we don’t have access to the original email address that we used to log on. We last posted the following:I’ve been with ID for a number of years (two phones on separate accounts). One phone needs an update but we don’t have access to the original email address used. When we try to re register following the instructions on the help page “I've forgotten which email address my number is linked to in the iD Mobile app. What should I do?” but continually get the message “sorry your details do not match our records”. Any idea how this can be resolved.We were advise to go through chat & if that didn’t help get back to ID. Chat advised to re-register, which is the original problem. Since then we have been in contact with ID & supplied them with details, name, address phone number etc. But have still not had any resolution to our problem.Anyone got any idea as to where we go from h
