My girlfriend's Samsung Galaxy S10+ suddenly displayed a black screen with yellow text saying 'SELECTED SD CARD BY YOUR KEY INPUT,' and now it's stuck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

She recently put the phone in a new case, so it’s possible some buttons got pressed accidentally. We tried a hard restart, but that led to a screen that looks like a DOS interface with 'SS RDX' at the top and a lot of unfamiliar text. Does anyone know what's going on or how to resolve this issue?

Rcs messaging using old number.

I transferred my old number long time ago, but when using messages it's still showing old number(not the one I transferred)I tried soothing off Rcs and leaning Sim card and it didn't help. When switching back on Rcs messaging it shows I'd status verification with old mobile number. Showing (verified). Can't switch to my number at all.

Galaxy J4 Plus cannot make or receive calls

I assume this has to do with the 3G switchoff. I noticed on Friday that I cannot make or receive calls.The phone is on iD’s approved list of handsets and I folowed the “3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do?” article and specifically “I’m using a Samsung Galaxy” but I still cannot make ore receive calls. Prior to that I restated the phone and checked for updates. When I dial out it says it is calling but then after a period of time the call just ends. I just took the SIM out and gave it a clean but that hasn’t helped. If I perform a Network Reset it then displays “4G” on the phone which it didn’t before but I still cannot make or receive calls.

How do I add a roaming Esim?

Hi, I bought a breeze esim for my Galaxy S23 FE with ID mobile. When I click on add eSim it just spins and then stops. I can’t get beyond that. Can anyone advise? Esim is for USA. Thanks.

In transferring data from my old iPhone to my new iD iPhone I was asked to accept the latest IOS update which I did. It was taking over 2 hours to instal. , so I switched off then back on and my screen has said “reconnecting” for the last few hours. Can you help

my mobile data has totally stopped working

Over the past week my mobile data has stopped working. It's not a signal problem, it's not working at all. I've not changed and settings, and I've not changed my phone or plan. I've followed advice given to search for ID networks on my phone, but it is coming up woth network not found. I have an unlimited data plan. Any ideas?

I have an elderly and vulnerable aunt, who decided to buy an ID Mobile SIM.She already had a SIM and contract with another provider, so after a couple of months into the contract, tried to cancel it.She has attempted this via online chat, email and even by sending a letter to ID Mobile via registered post.The SIM has never been used, at all.However, she continues to get threatening letters from ID Mobile, which is causing her a degree of distress, and believes she’s about to get bailiffs knocking on the door.‘If you fail to pay your outstanding balance, the debt will be forwarded to a licensed debt collection agency. ‘Could someone from ID Mobile suggest a means by which she can finally get this issue resolved ? She wishes to cancel the ID mobile SIM and wishes the repeated monthly direct debits to cease. Many thanks, Steve (concerned nephew)

Cannot connect eSim to Samsung A15 5G

Hi,I switched my number from EE to a sim only with ID. All went smoothly. I got my eSim but seem to be unable to add it as the second Sim to my new Samsung A15 (which is also with ID)When I am scanning the QR Code, I am getting an option to add it to my watch? But I do not have a Samsung Watch.I have no idea, if I am simply to thick. But Is there an option to get a “normal” Sim instead of an eSim?

Mobile data hasn't been working in this area for weeks

Hello.I live in a small town on the west coast of Cumbria and haven’t been able to get any mobile data whatsoever for at least the last couple of weeks and I think text messages aren’t working either.My guess is that the 3G signals have been disabled and that the 4G replacement signals haven’t been configured properly yet. As in the the Three network is broadcasting a 4G signal (hence the availability maps say that I should be able to connect via 4G) but the iD Network’s piggybacking system hasn’t been properly configured to make use of it yet.I’ve gone through all of the instructions on the “3G is being switched off...” pages and followed them properly, and have checked that my phone is compatible with both 4G and 5G (it’s a Sony Xperia 1 II), so this looks like it’s a supply side issue.If so how long will it be before you’ve got this problem sorted out, and if it’s not a supply side problem what further instructions can you give me to get connected? Also how do I claim a refund from

Lost network coverage 24 hours ago

I have lost total network coverage and cannot make or receive calls and texts since yesterday morning. I phoned up the ID mobile helpline yesterday afternoon and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful customer service agent who talked me through several processes to input my phone settings to try and reestablish my network connection but unfortunately with no success. I was informed by the agent and I was informed of this by message on status checker online tool that ID mobile are in the process of changing the signal quality from 3 to 4G. The agent also informed me my complaint would be escalated to the technical team who would get back to me within 48 hours, I am having cancer treatment at the moment and I am relying on my mobile phone to receive updates on my care plan so it is important for me to get my network signal back as soon as possible therefore I would appreciate any help to get the problem resolved.
