Please could I have somebody contact me regarding my issue. I got my phone on contract 19/05/25 and it said in my contract I would get unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 100gb of data for 26.99 a month. I've logged into my ID Mobile app and it's completely different, on my app it says unlimited calls, texts and data? But then again when I look at my first bill coming out, it changes on there too. On my bill it says unlimited calls and texts but for my data it says 102,400mb?? Why am I getting 3 separate data things? Which one is it? I took the contract out thinking everything is going to be OK but then I'm scared and don't want to use it as I don't want to incur extra charges because I'm getting 3 different data things on my app, my first bill and my contract? Do I just contact Carphone Warehouse who I went through or is there somebody here who can actually help me as if I don't get clarification I will just cancel my contract.
