I took out a rolling monthly sim only contract through my iD mobile app. However I had a problem with transferring my number and so I rang a number I found by looking online, thinking it was iDmobile customer service.  Since then I have had someone contact me who has been very helpful - however I have now read that iD mobile do not have customer service telephone numbers and  I think I am now caught up in a scam. Is it correct that iD mobile would not ever get in touch via phone? Thank you in advance for your responses.

When I query the cost of cancelling my contract early the charge varies and can go up or down e.g. last week ( 6 days ago) it showed £126.80, today the response is £152.57. This has happened with previous queries. What is the explanation for this please.

Hi. I ordered a phone on Thursday and they said it will be ready today but I've not received a call to go collect it yet.

I have hit my spending cap whilst abroad and need to make a call back to the UK. I have increased the spending cap but when trying to make calls it still says it’s not possible and the spending cap has to be increased.  how long does it take for the change to feed through and come into effect? thanks

I cannot say how bad ID Mobile are in words. I ordered an Iphone 17 on overnight delivery. DPD say they tried to deliver my phone but nobody was in, despite me being in all day and my cctv not showing any delivery attempt at all. I was told they would redeliver the following day which they did. I was working away so my wife took delivery, when I arrived home that evening my son was really upset as the phone was for him and they had delivered an Iphone 17 Promax in Blue which was not what we ordered. It gets worse as we opened the box to find it was a fake phone so I took it straight to Currys store. Here i was told it was indeed a fake as when it was turned on it had an Android operating system and they confirmed it was a Samsung phone in an Apple shell. I asked if they would replace it for what was ordered and Abdulah the assistant accused me of trying to scam them and told me he 'thought i was trying it on and he didn't believe me'. After loosing my mind in store he finally admitted

Apologies if already answered, but I’m confused about process. I have a Vodafone small bus account with 2 monthly sims, and have obtained PAC codes.I’m semi retired now so wanted to simplify and save money to come across to ID mobile as our daughter has it and always seems to have better reception/data coverage.i ordered new Sim only, and it arrived today so I added it to my immobile login, and provided first PAC ready for switch tomorrow.i assumed once logged in I’d have option to buy new sim only, but all I see is option to add subscription. This seems to then need a surname/dob/number for but I’ll not have those till new order placed… do I just order a new SIM and repeat all my ID and billing info again, I just want to add a 2nd identical subscription and provide my wife’s PAC

How do I request a new sim? I have been out of the country and on returning to uk have realised I have lost my id mobile sim. I still want it to connected to my current number which I haven’t cancelledhow do I request  this ?  Thank you 

I am now a ID mobile customer. I would like to have the same phone number which I have with three but sanding a message to 65075 they don't gives me that and I don't know what to do next!!! Can you please help me with that or it's impossible to do this. Thank you and kind regards Dorian

Coverage in belfast bt4 is unreliable and has got worse over last month with calls cutting out and breaking up. Really frustrating. Coverage checker says signal is excellent but this isnt the case.  Has something happened?

I called ID to move my direct debit to the end of the month as I would struggle to pay it that month. It also meant it came just after pay day instead of the middle of the month. They did move it.  however - not only did ID still take that direct debit sending me overdrawn and costing me fees but I now get a text every other day reminding me they’ve moved it… grumpy would be an understantement
