I unknowingly terminated my contract - what do I do

Since I kept my old no. and sim I basically terminated my contract (i never meant to do that). What should I do

PAC CODE-question - complicated!

Where to start! I was with GiffGaff (O2) but was getting lousy reception at home so had a look at coverage maps to make a change. I found a great deal with ID Mobile and the Three coverage was rated Good instead of Poor so I signed up. I received my new SIM very quickly and gave my PAC code to ID Mobile to bring over my old number which I’ve had for about 20 years or more. I then tried the phone and found that the coverage was even worse with Three than it was with O2. I cancelled the new contract within days, and at least three days before the PAC code was due to be used by ID Mobile. I then went back and re set up an account with GiffGaff only to find that the PAC code transfer had been carried out despite cancelling the contract days before - so I had to do a new account not just carry on as before. They said the only way was to get a new PAC code from ID Mobile which I duly did - but because the transfer was never completed, and despite cancelling well before the transfer date, the

Voicemail Message Keeps Getting Reset

I like to have a personalised voicemail call answer message, so my customers know when I am and am not available.Nearly every month, this resets itself back to the standard ‘Sorry ##### can’t take your call’.Is there a reason why this happens as it’s not helpful, as I don’t know it’s changed unless someone tells me.Thanks.

Hello, recently ordered a Google pixel 9 pro XL with offer to get wireless ear buds with it. The phone came but the wireless ear buds have not. I'm wondering why? Please help, thank you.

I am still paying old monthly bill even though I have switched to a cheaper plan.

I changed my plan from a £30 plan to a £10 plan and I just got billed £32. I don’t understand what’s happening; I changed my plan a week ago.

I have unlimited data, texts and calls however, when I logged into my app today, my data has changed to 2GB and says it renews in 16 days? Why has my unlimited data gone?

SMS text error but being recieved

I’m able to send SMS text messages and they are being received but they always come up with an error message failed to send on my IPhone. I’ve been told this is a carrier issue and I don’t know how to fix it. I have already tried turning off and on iMessage leaving for 10 minutes after switching my phone off and trying again like I’ve seen is suggested to do. This hasn’t made any difference. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have recieved my upgrade offer today, iphone 16 unlimited everything £29 upfront and £47.99pm i looked on the id mobile for the same deal for new customer for £29 upfront and £43.90pm i have also been trying to change my number for the past few months but not willing to pay the extortionate charge by id mobile so i was thinking; would it be better to start a new contract and get my new number free and still save on the contract, but the service i have had has been poor so maybe just switch to another network and sim only as my phone is still like new, i not willing to call them again and chase a better deal as this is jot how thia ahould work they should try and keep loyal customers!

Proof of usage for Insurance

 I’m reaching out to share an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with obtaining the correct proof of usage document for my phone. Despite multiple attempts and several emails back and forth with customer service, I have been consistently provided with incorrect information regarding my device’s usage history.The situation has caused significant delays, as the incorrect information provided has been rejected by my insurance company, and I have not yet received a document reflecting the accurate usage details.I have followed all requested steps, including providing my account and security details multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I have even received documents for a completely different device at times, which has been quite frustrating.Has anyone else experienced similar problems with obtaining proof of usage, or does anyone have any advice on how to escalate this matter? I would appreciate any insights from the community, as this issue has been dragging on for too long

No way of getting help

My network coverage is awful lately, I have to walk about 10 minutes away from my house to get any 4g at all. I have even driven to the top of the village before it has found the signal recently. I have tried all previous suggestions on other posts such as restart, factory reset but nothing helps.  Being unable to find any chat button or easy way to contact customer services is beyond frustrating. I moved to thos company because they were cheaper than anyone else, I now know why!

New contract, no signal at all.

I have just signed up with id mobile and I've had virtually no signal from the start. Thought maybe it would settle after a few days, but no. It's genuinely terrible.Can't go 2 years with no coverage, what can I do?   I've tried all the troubleshooting except for being sent a different sim. I doubt that would actually solve it.Very disappointed.

Ring time before caller is diverted to voicemail or cut off

When I join ID and receive calls, what is the default time the phone will ring before the caller is diverted to voicemail? Can it be increased, and if so, how, and what is the maximum available time? And if voicemail is turned off and someone calls, how long  does the phone ring before the caller is cut off? Can this be increased, and if so to how long? (I ask these questions because with my current provider, the phone will not ring long enough for me to answer a call from my General Practitioner)

Intermittent, I enter a number to call, display days "calling via 3", but nothing happens.If/when I do get through to anyone, the call drops out after about 13 minutes.My wife's phone, also with iD, just says "Network not available", yet 3 report no issues.What's going on, anyone?

lack of signal for months.

I complained about this subject a couple of months ago and was sent a signal strength checker link which showed signal good, but obviously not good as I still had zero bars on my phone and wife on same network had non. Well a couple of months on and still the same situation. Both my wife and myself are fed up with this situation, we are missing calls and or being cut off mid conversation due to signal. The first month with I’d was no issue at all but now it’s terrible. We are only about 4 months into a 12 month contract but seriously thinking of looking of way to cancel as a waste of time at present.

I can't make n receive calls now. It's nearly a month n all the days and time spend to rectify it was stressful. Tell me how to get out of this id contract n moved back to my previous network provider.

Can't access One Time Passcodes!!

 It appears from other conversations this is a problem with Mobile ID, which sucks because I’m on a 24 month contract with an iPhone 13.  It really feels like a breach of contract if Mobile ID isn’t able to resolve such basic problems as this. What can I do to resolve this aside from moving to another network?? Even though the cost is more, it’s essential that I’m able to receive text messages. Should I try switching to another network then switch back? Would that potentially resolve this?
