I have been trying to switch from giffgaff to ID mobile. I have the PAC number and when I enter all the information needed to switch, I keep getting the message 'something went wrong'Is there anything else I can try as I really need to keep my old number!Any help is appreciated!
I’m trying to start up with idmobile and wasn’t excepting anything I did, I forgot that I had there sim in and asked for a pac number as now it’s going to charge me £114 it’s also changed my phone number which I didn’t want to, how can I stop this and change it please?

For the second day there is no mobile signal in my postcode in Exmouth. I've reported it. They say it's been escalated but still nothing. This is a bank holiday weekend so I doubt it will be fixed for days. I'll make a formal complaint. This is affecting all Three network users including idmobile, Smarty and Three.
Hey everyone - hoping someone can guide me on steps required to add an existing number with a different provider to an existing iDMobile account. Here’s where I got to:-I became an IDMobile customer about 3 months ago when I bought a new handset… and I got a new number for that phone [a Galaxy S25], operating on an eSIM.Now I want to transfer a number from my old provider [EE] to IDMobile. EE have given me a PAC and I have the “transaction number for switching” from my original “Welcome to iD” email.The thing is… I’m not sure if it is safe/correct for me to use that “transaction number” [it has not previously been used for a switch].I had a look at the “Switching to iD Mobile” and “How do I switch to iD Mobile from another provider using PAC or STAC?” but neither of these contemplate a scenario where I may also be an existing ID Mobile customer. I am trying to create an ID Account but need the phone number. I am using the sim as data only in mobile router at our holiday caravan. I cannot find anything on the sim or attached document.
I recently joined id mobile I firstly brought a sim only plan for myself unlimited for £15 a month and then purchased another plan for my son unlimited for £17 we was away on holiday so expected the sims to be delivered by the time we got home but I've only received 1 sim (mine) I've been charged but still not the second sim I've waited but it's been a week and still hasn't arrived could you please check for me. Hi - I joined ID mobile last Monday. All seemed to be fine. Wifi calling working happily. Then on Friday I ported over my old number from EE. Ever since then wifi calling has stopped working. I have a Pixel 6. Android is up to date. The SIM settings are all correct. I’ve rebooted the phone a few times. Occasionally wifi calling works for a moment after reboot, but more often it doesn’t work at all. Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi, I signed up the other day, and it’s been a great service apart from one thing. I’m getting spammed with multiple emails daily, each one is telling me about my existing plan, or asking me to change things like customer service pin.All of these could have been in the welcome email, without the need for this never ending torrent of bumf.Is there anywhere in preferences where I can turn off all but urgent emails. I don’t want to block the email in case there’s anything important. CheersMichael
My bill is inexplicably almost double for the last payment period with no extra charges incurred. ID mobile have offered no explanation for this and have charged my account regardless. How do I raise issue with this and have a review of my transactions?

I just upgraded my phone and the new bill amount has already started yet there is now a delay with the new phone....why does it not start after I get my upgraded phone first? Otherwise can I cancel the contract and go elsewhere?

I've been having problems with my ID Mobile data connection and ability to make phone calls for the past 7 days. I've been on the network since February 2025 and the connection was great but now unable to read to load an article or do anything. I have tried switching phone off and on but makes no difference and need the connection as have young kids so need to be contactable at all times. There are others in the area that have the same issue. When will the issue be resolved and when can I be compensated or can I be excused from the 24 month contract as need network connection and the ability to have phone calls. How do I speak to someone at ID Mobile to resolve this issue.
Hi there,I live in the Heavitree area of Exeter and have been having major issues with my signal. As soon as I leave the house, I can’t send messages and phone calls are basically impossible - either the person sounds robotic or they can’t hear me at all. It’s incredibly frustrating. I only get a signal when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?Is there an actual issue in this area at the moment? And if so, is it being looked into or due to be fixed? It’s been going on for a while now and I’m seriously considering switching providers if it doesn’t improve.Thanks in advance.
Hello, i switched to ID mobile a month ago and have had many issues regarding my Sim card. Now, I am not able to get SMS verification codes from apps like Whatsapp and NHS (i am trying to change my phone number associated with my accounts). Does anyone have any solutions? please help!

Need help why are my “unlimited calls and unlimited texts” having to use data it said I would have good coverage when I checked before joining and says I have a signal when I try but it fails? Everything is slower now and drags even when it says I have a signal!?
Is anyone else having this same issue with their direct debit and daily spam text from id mobile?ID mobile stupidly cancelled my direct debit after it failed twice, so now it’s impossible to re set it up on the same account.this issue has been going on for months with no one being able to sort it out, the complaints team have now admitted its deadlock so I can now thankfully go to the communications ombudsman.the worst bit iis…A. My direct debit isn’t working so I’m having to pay manually every month (and getting charged extra for doing so)They send me a text EVERYDAY saying “Hi, we have reinstated your Direct Debit as requested by your bank. If you believe this was done by mistake, please contact your bank or our support team at idmobile.co.uk/contact-us” AND ITS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!id mobile “technical team” are saying it’s because the bank keep sending through new direct debit instructions everyday, so they have to send me that text and I need to contact them to stop the texts.the b
I upgraded in April and took the trade in promo credit of £150 extra with the pixel 9a. I got the trade in money, but not the promo credit. I've been in touch via email multiple times. I completed the trade in form, but there was no option for 9a enhanced trade in so selected other promo not listed. I never received a confirmation of completing the form, nor did I receive a confirmation email with an order number for my original order. Without either of the reference numbers I seem to be unable to pursue the missing credit. How else can I chase this up?
