I am really stressful if it’s like that you playing with my bell from now I’ve got time to cancel this contract. I sign it up 24 months contract for £44.99 every April £1.50 guns up

I sent the live chat representative Keisha the following message; "I am completely unable to receive any automated short-code OTP texts (including banks, pharmacy, and Motability). All device settings, premium toggles, and spend caps have been checked and verified. Please escalate this directly to the technical network team for a backend SMS/RCS provisioning reset." I then explained to her that I have checked advice via ID forums, reddit, YouTube & AI, but I was locked out of an incredibly important website as I could no longer receive OTP messages. I had this issue before and managed to resolve it on my own via advice from another post on this forum, but no luck. After confirming my handset was a Samsung flip 6, she kept asking me to do things, and I told her I had already taken those steps, to which she said I had to do them all again with her on the chat. I explained further that I was using mobile data, and the network switch & restarting my phone would cut off our conversa

Has anyone had the recent issue of not receiving incoming short codes for authentication of systems. It is now affecting my job role so is becoming business critical. It seems to have only been an issue the past few weeks. Is it correct that ID are now charging for authentication via text? That is what I have been told via the chat portal?

Hello, I’ve been with iD for 10 months now and I’m happy with the service. However, I’ve noticed that about 3 months after I joined, a better offer for my current package became available for new customers. My question is: would it be possible to upgrade my plan from 20GB for £6 a month to 25GB for £6 a month?

I ordered a new device on Thursday the 5th of March. On Friday the 6th of March, I received an email from DPD stating that my parcel would be delivered between 15:35 - 16:35. I messaged my mother to ask her if she would be home at that time as I was working, and she sat waiting until 18:00 for a delivery that never came.  I received no notice from DPD about the failed delivery attempt, I had to use the tracking feature on their website to see that the driver had reported that the recipient didn't know the PIN for the delivery. A blatant lie considering that they never showed up and even if they had, my mother was given the PIN by myself.  I submitted a complaint to DPD only to be told that I used the wrong email address. Not sure what they meant by that as the email account that I used was the one that they sent me the delivery time slot to, and I used their online complaints procedure to submit it.  I've received subsequent deliveries from DPD over the weekend, but for some reason my

The Sony Xperia 1 VIII (2026 and Android 17) is not only the iD Mobile list - https://community.idmobile.co.uk/help-with-your-phone-206/what-phones-are-compatible-with-the-id-mobile-network-67490https://community.idmobile.co.uk/help-with-your-phone-206/what-phones-are-compatible-with-the-id-mobile-network-67490So is it compatible?? And what works  - VoWiFi and VoLTE??The list of phones also appears to be out of date??And it would help if the FAQs were dated when they were written or updated.

Hi,Has anyone else had this issue and how did the solve it??I got this phone from ID about 2 weeks ago. I kept my old number from O2 using a PAC Code. This transferred over fine. Now when I’m texting people it is coming up as the number ID mobile gave me with the phone. They can’t text me on the number I’ve swapped to, it won’t deliver. However they can call me from it?How do I rectify this?

iPhone 16, IOS Version 26.6.2, Physical sim. I joined ID in February this year and ported across my number. I was getting network coverage until the end of September and I have never had any data roaming despite following the instructions. So, i’m only able to use my phone on the wifi.

everywhere i go my signal is absolutely horrific with id mobile, im constantly not able to use my phone. is anyone else having this ssue?I have a samsung S25, its certainly not phone related, its the network, they're terrible for coverage. How do I get out of my contract?

In October 2023 I travelled to UAE for work and then to Turkey in October 2025. Both times I bought data add-ons but they did not work. I followed all the suggested steps of resetting networks etc but nothing worked. ID mobile completely let me down. I now have to travel to Japan and Singapore in 2 weeks time but I have no faith that the ID Mobile add-ons will work. Can anyone at ID Mobile help and please don’t refer me to your chat bot.

Ive taken up a contract with ID mobile and regretting it. Never had an issue beforehand and the coverage said all good when I checked and changed. Initially I had issues whereby couldn't call out and that was resolved. I have now got issues with calls just hanging up mid sentence. Low signal everywhere I go. I get people on the phone say I keep cutting out and they can't hear me or I can hear myself. Its just continuous and im not very happy im stuck in this contract. Any ideas please? I dont think I will be renewing if this carries on as I need a reliable connection and signal strength whi h I previously had with Vodafone for years.

I purchased a pay as you go e-sim and I’ve ran out of data I logged into my account and wasn’t able to find an add on I could only top up so I did. I topped up £10 thinking that I could use this to purchase an add on but again I can’t find this option I can see what add ons are available and it also gives instructions on how to purchase one which I began to follow but the add on option isn’t there in my account so I’ve topped up £10 for nothing. It’s very confusing and complicated. Can anyone shed any light on how to buy additional data please?

I have been using a secondary sim, so my ID mobile ESIM has not been in use, but I have kept paying for the service to keep my number. After trying to use my ID mobile sim it shows no bars of signal, instead …. And I am unable to receive, send messages, call or use data

I wish to upgrade as recvd email advising it’s time. It asked me to update my bank details for d/d which I did successfully. Now just says needs dd mandate but doesn’t offer link to do it probably because it’s been dealt with already.

I need some leeway to pay this month’s bill and need my phone to stay connected as I just moved it’s my only access to the internet and calls etc.

How do you enable an id mobile account phone to enter competitions. I want to enter some itv ones online but it requires receiving a passcode to phone which never comes through. Nor do sms entries work. How to lift this block? I'm pay monthly.

Why is our I’d mobile signal so bad ? I have family leaving ID and I would do the same if not tied into a contract. The coverage checker is no good as always states everything is fine but my phone is now becoming unusable due to poor coverage at home and even when away . My mother moved to Tesco and now has a good signal. Why is nothing done about this ?

My eSIM replacement failed during setup of my new iPhone 17, and since then I have been unable to use my iD Mobile number.I collected a replacement physical SIM from Currys, and iD Mobile confirmed it was activated and that my number was correctly assigned. However, it still shows No Service when inserted into my iPhone 17, my older iPhone and my wife's phone.I also tested an EE SIM in my iPhone 17, and it worked perfectly, so this doesn't appear to be a problem with my phone.I've contacted customer support several times, but my service still hasn't been restored. Yesterday, a customer service agent left the chat without resolving the issue.Has anyone experienced this after an eSIM replacement? How did you get it resolved? Could this be a network provisioning or SIM registration issue?

Hello I will be visiting North Cyprus (TRNC) soon and need to be able to receive texts to my ID Mobile UK number. I was there a month ago and had no reception (emergency calls only) and couldn't receive important texts. My bill cap was on at £0.If I lift the bill cap, will I be able to receive texts, etc.I am aware ID doesn't cover TRNC as part of their roaming packages. I simply need one or two texts.

I’ve discovered I’m still paying for my child’s first phone despite them having a different contract for the last three years, how on earth do I cancel this monthluy withdrawl without just cancelling the DD? The number is no longer in use so I can’t recieve texts or log in to ID Mobile on the phone to go to Plans and Cancel. Any help would be greatly appreciated, obviously I can’t ring anyone to just ask!

I sent my iPhone 14 off and no got a new plan but my old policy hasn’t been cancelled yet and still being charged

I cannot make out going calls since switching I will cancel if not fixed !

Can I please speak to a real person?

Usually, my bill is £10.00 pcm.  Inc VAT. Oddly, it has gone up by 66p this month. There are no additional charges on my bill this month, just an increased monthly charge.  According to my contract, it will increase in April, but nothing about this. Anyone any ideas?

Hi my son has a contract with you can he use his phone in the USA ?
