I will be visiting North Cyprus (TRNC) soon and need to be able to receive texts to my ID Mobile UK number. I was there a month ago and had no reception (emergency calls only) and couldn't receive important texts. My bill cap was on at £0.

If I lift the bill cap, will I be able to receive texts, etc.

I am aware ID doesn't cover TRNC as part of their roaming packages. I simply need one or two texts.
