Question

Why is my signal always so bad ?

Why is our I’d mobile signal so bad ? I have family leaving ID and I would do the same if not tied into a contract. The coverage checker is no good as always states everything is fine but my phone is now becoming unusable due to poor coverage at home and even when away . My mother moved to Tesco and now has a good signal. Why is nothing done about this ?

Please log a complaint and take it to the Ombudsman.

I'm exactly in the same position, tied up to a contract and have a very poor signal. People keep telling me that they can't hear me, even when I'm in city centre where coverage supposed to be very strong.

ID can't force people to stay in contact for a service they are unable to provide.

I'm now in the process of this complaint and I encourage everyone with poor signal to do the same.

I would stay wirh ID if they can fix the problem, but this will take years to fix and my only option is to go back to 3 network- even though it costs more, but it is worth it
