Sony Xperia 1 VIII on iD Mobile??

So is it compatible?? And what works - VoWiFi and VoLTE??

The list of phones also appears to be out of date??

And it would help if the FAQs were dated when they were written or updated.

Thanks for highlighting this.

The compatibility list on our Community isn't always exhaustive, so a device not appearing on the list doesn't necessarily mean it's incompatible with iD Mobile.

With regards to the Sony Xperia 1 VIII, we're unable to guarantee compatibility, or confirm whether features such as VoLTE and WiFi Calling will work, unless the device has been specifically tested and certified for use on the network.

If you're already using the handset with an iD Mobile SIM, the best way to check is:

See if you can make and receive calls normally.
Check whether a VoLTE icon appears during calls.
Look in your phone settings for a WiFi Calling option and test it while connected to WiFi.
Ensure your device software is fully up to date.

Thanks. I'd like to know if it works BEFORE I change to iD Mobile. Would a Currys branch have a SIM to test with??
