Hello, I’ve been with iD for 10 months now and I’m happy with the service. However, I’ve noticed that about 3 months after I joined, a better offer for my current package became available for new customers. My question is: would it be possible to upgrade my plan from 20GB for £6 a month to 25GB for £6 a month?
