In October 2023 I travelled to UAE for work and then to Turkey in October 2025. Both times I bought data add-ons but they did not work. I followed all the suggested steps of resetting networks etc but nothing worked. ID mobile completely let me down. I now have to travel to Japan and Singapore in 2 weeks time but I have no faith that the ID Mobile add-ons will work. Can anyone at ID Mobile help and please don’t refer me to your chat bot.
