I am about to cancel my contract rather than upgrade if I can't speak to a person

Thank you for your post. I’m really sorry to hear you feel this way, and I completely understand your frustration about not being able to speak to someone directly. We would really like to keep you as a customer, but of course we will respect your decision.

 

If you are still considering cancelling, here are your options:

STAC code – Cancels your contract immediately without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to your new network. If it is not used, the account will remain active. Please only choose this option if you are able to provide the code to another provider.
PAC code – Transfers your number to a different network and cancels your contract.
30-day disconnection – Your service remains active for 30 days, after which your contract will end automatically.
