I’ve discovered I’m still paying for my child’s first phone despite them having a different contract for the last three years, how on earth do I cancel this monthluy withdrawl without just cancelling the DD? The number is no longer in use so I can’t recieve texts or log in to ID Mobile on the phone to go to Plans and Cancel. Any help would be greatly appreciated, obviously I can’t ring anyone to just ask!
