I have asked many times for proof of purchase for my sons new phone so I can insure it but no one at id will help me I keep getting told different stories. Please help.

Still unable to make calls when is the going to be sorted out???

Hi All Following issues with the service of the last few days I haven't been able to make & recieve calls like many. ID Mobile have confirmed that these issues should now be resolved & like they have directed, I have switched my phone off and back on again. However, the same issues still apply.....still unable to make and recieve calls. Any other ideas on this as I'm finding it difficult to find to contact ID directly. Thanks

I switched to ID on 20 June and provided a PAC code to port my number in. Everything in the settings appears to indicate this has successfully taken place. However I’m unable to make or receive calls or text messages. When someone calls my number, it appears to connect from their phone and eventually goes to answer phone. But there is nothing coming through to my phone, ie it’s not ringing and there’s no missed call. I am unable to make any outgoing calls.

I keep checking the status and it says mobile data is working but mine isn't, says 7777 is working but I can't call it....I was trying to pay my bill which was due today when I first noticed any issues but I can't pay it because well nothing is available.

The state of this today not been able to hear my girlfriends voice all day or a moan cause of this today I’m sick to the ground of it 🤦‍♂️so get it sorted thank you Frankie and Daisy

Yesterday mobile network wasn't working. I couldn't make important calls. How can I claim compensation?

I have been trying to switch my number from Lebara to iD Mobile. My switch was due to happen 26/06 and is taking a long time but now I can’t access the APP or find out my usage etc as it says my account in not active. I can’t call 7777 again it’s says my account is not active and I can’t receive any verification codes.I try to live chat it just cuts me off and I can no longer use my Lebara as it’s been disconnected. Please help.

Hi. Signal in mid sussex has really deteriorated in the last few weeks. Areas of strong signal are now completely dead. BN6 is one of the postcodes affected.

The lack of service is v annoying...where is the compensation.

Experiencing disruption in all the services and strangely there was a problem in connecting to Live chat after a long time it got connected and when questioned about the issue of not able to make calls or use any services, the agent simply said there is an issue, to it whenI replied why it is notified to the customers he rudely provided a community link by saying it is customer responsibility to check on it. This is real frustrating. Weird thing is that after it was asked then ID started displaying service disruption notification message on Id login. Suggest you should have done that at the beginning of the issue not after customer complained wasted their time to connect you. Disappointed with the customer service.

I have a 4GB contract with a 50GB loyalty bonus. It has worked ok for the last 14 months or so, but I now don’t seem to be able to use any data at all after my 4gb has been used. What is going on?

All day I've had no internet or phone calls. I use my phone for work and heavily rely on it. I've recently changed over to this network and so far I'm not impressed. I want refunded for the time the system has been down.

Your service is appalling and lacking in customer service skills to boot. Cost me a days business and that's unacceptable. Surely we can walk from the contract as it's not the first time. What am I paying for???

I signs up to iD months and months ago when living abroad- mostly to keep my UK number active and to receive confirmation text codes from the sort of accounts that ask for them… Annoyingly, I never managed to get the texts to come through or the iD number to work while abroad. I’m now back in the U.K. for a few weeks so hoped to solve the problem. However, I’ve now realised that I can’t connect at all and it isn’t about being abroad. I’ve followed all the advice I can online- other sim switched off, iD the preferred network etc. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro, iOS is up to date. what am I missing? Can I cancel iD if never used (as unable!) thank you!

I haven’t been able to make or receive calls all day when is the service being restored ?

I see many have had a similar problem. However I cannot seem to find anyway of contacting ID mobile through the app to resolve this issue. Any ideas on how to resolve the split port issue. My specific problem is that I am not receiving any text messages which means logging into various apps is impossible due to two step verification using text. Please help thank you
