complicated connection issues I signs up to iD months and months ago when living abroad- mostly to keep my UK number active and to receive confirmation text codes from the sort of accounts that ask for them… Annoyingly, I never managed to get the texts to come through or the iD number to work while abroad. I’m now back in the U.K. for a few weeks so hoped to solve the problem. However, I’ve now realised that I can’t connect at all and it isn’t about being abroad. I’ve followed all the advice I can online- other sim switched off, iD the preferred network etc. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro, iOS is up to date. what am I missing? Can I cancel iD if never used (as unable!) thank you!
