    Hi @amymarieking,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Wi-Fi Calling.

On your Google Pixel 10a, please try the following:

    1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.
    2. Tap your iD Mobile SIM.
    3. Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is turned on.
    4. If available, select "Call over Wi-Fi" or "Prefer Wi-Fi" as the calling preference.
    5. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and make sure Wi-Fi Assist or Adaptive Connectivity isn't forcing the phone back onto mobile data.
    6. Turn Airplane Mode on, then manually re-enable Wi-Fi and try making a call. This will help confirm whether Wi-Fi Calling is working correctly.
    7. Restart the phone.
    8. Check for any available Android or carrier settings updates.
    9. Reset your network settings.

If the issue continues, try temporarily switching off mobile data and testing Wi-Fi Calling again. If calls work correctly with mobile data disabled, it may indicate the phone is preferring the mobile network over Wi-Fi.

If you're still having issues after trying the above, please let us know and we'll be happy to help further.
