poor 5g and very poor customer service when trying to resolve.

I tried to contact ID for first time since joining and ended up frustrated and stressed. 5 failed attempts to get pac code and very poor customer service, mostly due to a very noisy call centre and poor phone signal. I hadn't intended leaving but ended up doing so out of frustration.
