The speaker doesnt work properly since i received it, the usc port doesnt work properly, has issues charging. When I am talking on it the phone the person on the other end cannot always hear me. I did fill out a form on your website a while ago because I couldnt find a number or any other way to contact ID and I never heard back

So the last complaint was on the 29th April https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure. The ones before that I do not have and cannot get exact dates at the moment as my Goggle history only goes back as far as April. Device is Samsung Galaxy S24 FE
