cancel not needed add on

Hello I am wondering if I am able to cancel a addon that was accidentally added on to my contract. It is for 15GB 12 months. I really do want to have to pay an extra 30 pound a month for a service I do not need as my contract is unlimited everything.

    Hey there ​@Barry1983, sorry to hear that. Typically, we cannot refund or cancel add-ons, unless it was a fault on our end. However, as this is an extra add-on for 12-months, we can see what we can do.

     

    Can we ask why or how this was added please?
