unable to log in

I changed my email address in the iD Mobile app, but now I can’t log in. I tried to reset my password but I haven’t received the email. I’ve waited a long time and I’ve tried it more than once and no email arrives. I’m wondering if I mistyped the email when I entered it. 
Please advise what I need to do to change my email address. Thanks.

Hey there ​@Merr600, sorry to hear that. Have you tried logging in with the old and new email address, and does the same issue happen?

Did you change the email address used to log in or the email address used for our communication with you? They can be different.

Thanks everyone I had to login with the old email as the new one hadn’t saved.
