I changed my email address in the iD Mobile app, but now I can’t log in. I tried to reset my password but I haven’t received the email. I’ve waited a long time and I’ve tried it more than once and no email arrives. I’m wondering if I mistyped the email when I entered it.
Please advise what I need to do to change my email address. Thanks.
