Been in ID for a couple of years now. But now when I send a text it says undelivered but does get to the other person, but when they reply, the reply doesn't come through.
On iphone, up to date software, done network reset etc and anything else I can find to do. I have not changed anything to have caused it to stop working.
Also, although we have tested calls incoming from partners mobile, it seems others have tried and failed to get through...one being an important call for a hospital appointment we have been waiting for.
Please help!
